The two ladies (reception and sandwich side) are super friendly, it makes the place immediately warmer.

And local and the food is great but the service is very bad and almost impossible to place an order

The young man who made the sandwiches was super nice and honest, but the lady who worked the cash register was hateful, never had such unpleasant service, more than negative experience. Mean to her colleagues and bitter. Clearly not well trained in terms of attitude.

I am truly amazed at the quality of customer service. I made a mistake in my order, Uber could not help me and said I had to check with the restaurant before acceptance and unfortunately when I called my order was being prepared and could not be canceled . So, I gave up and I was unhappy but deep down it was my fault and now I have a letter from the subway manager who is worried about me and offers me a voucher and a dessert to compensate for the All!! Really happy that there are still people and businesses like this. Thanks again!!

They put more sauce on the paper than on my sandwhich, the staff laughed and said bad words to each other loudly when I was eating and they insisted several times on putting an ingredient when a customer clearly refused. Not professional, other subways are clearly better.

Very happy that this establishment is open right next to the station to eat healthily with super fresh raw vegetables and nothing to say about the hygiene of the product itself, however while eating there I smelled the smell of a person who seems to me to be very focused on her work, perhaps to the point of not having time to take a quick shower which is regrettable, I was kindly offered to have a coffee right next door at Yoka, a cafeteria very trendy, apologizing for the inconvenience, the staff are really very friendly, even the young one who will hopefully take good showers from now on ^^. I'm not taking away any stars because it has become my favorite little "all in one" place Sunday afternoon ^^.

Amazing staff, food prepared quickly very good location

On one hand, the guys there were really friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, both my friend and I suffered from acute food poisoning, with nausea, fever, diarrhoea, headaches for several days, after eating sandwiches there. We really thought we would die. While leaving this message, I’m not yet fully recovered. Knowing that writing this comment will expose me and my friend, but I hope this can serve as an alarm for both the staff and the clients. Food safety is utmost crucial for a restaurant.

Great location right next to the train station! Fun for years of Subway, I appreciate the great diversity of ingredients to make your sandwich and especially the quality and freshness of the products, in short, so good! In this new restaurant I was pleasantly surprised by the organization and the speed of the staff in making sandwiches! Great team! Keep it up! Ps: the manager with the black t-shirt is so nice!
