Good location with relatively tasty products until late at night and the service was also friendly.

I think the Bosphorus sandwich is super delicious!

Was there today, bought a sandwich and coffee... Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. I said what I wanted several times in Swiss German, unfortunately the person doesn't understand Swiss German. Very unfortunate. Then she gets mad at me because she doesn't understand our Swiss language...

It can't be difficult to bake a bake-off peak. Mine last Friday was still doughy inside.

I am very happy with the selection of sandwiches and the quality and taste. Always happy to come back :)

Very disappointing that there is no plant-based milk alternative to the cafe. I am sure that this offer would be worthwhile in a modern city like Basel. I'm at the SBB almost every day and would have often bought a café with oat milk if there was any :)

Sandwiches so dry you almost suffocate. The price of around 8-9CHF per sandwich is disproportionate to what you get.

Unfortunately, I don't know the opening hours of this location by heart. There were still lights and staff there. When I ran over and greeted the lady with a friendly "Good Oobe", all I received was a harsh, unfriendly and annoyed "Mir häi zue". I was a bit confused and politely said I just wanted to ask for a drink. The answer was "Zue is zue. Is that clear or does security have to be chosen?" in a spiteful, aggressive tone. I don't have to put up with something like that. She could have simply said in a friendly way, “Good Oobe, unfortunately I can’t do it,” or something else. She could have told me almost anything and it would have been nicer than what the lady said. I will never, ever be a guest at SuperGood Basel again.

Absolutely not nice… I had the strong impression to bother the lady. No « hello » « thank you » « goodbye ».. very mean person.

I bought a baguette with boiled eggs🥚 during the 10 minutes in transit. It’s such a hard baguette🥖…

The waitress always tries very hard in the morning to ensure that everything happens very quickly (which is not a bad thing at the train station ;-) and even though it has to happen quickly, she is still friendly!! Kudos to the lady who stands there very early in the morning every day! There are not just 0815 sandwiches 😋 Keep it up!

I bought tea. It was cold. Went back, got another one to replace it. Still cold... Making hot water is about as easy as it gets but they're not even "guud" at that

We were at the stand at HB Basel last night. Bought 4 coffee's, muffin and a sandwich. We then asked in a friendly manner whether the employee would be kind enough to cut the sandwich in half with a knife... her answer: "No, we won't do that now." I would have loved to leave everything behind!! Absolute impudence

I will never be a customer of Super Guud again. The service was extremely unfriendly and didn't understand German well enough to have a proper exchange. The bread was hard and the topping was so spready that I unfortunately couldn't finish my meal. This is probably the worst bistro in the entire SBB Passerelle.

My wife and I just stopped here as we changed train. The reason we came to the Google site was to see if there were other breaches. The food was excellent (after a long train ride), as was the service (15h, 2nd Jan 2022). We had a wholemeal roll and Greeky (yogurt), both fresh and tasty.

Was handled very unfriendly today by completely overwhelmed staff - I won't come to Super Guud anymore - it's not good at all!

I can't understand the many bad comments, but I only want to and can rate the service and the vegan sandviches. These are extremely delicious and I can definitely say that this is the perfect stop for all vegans. V-Love You

I was a commuter until 3 years ago and regularly bought products from super guud, including the Greeky. Today I was once again at super guud at Basel train station. The Greeky is still there: the size has shrunk by half and the price has remained roughly the same at CHF 6.60. An absolute disgrace! To charge such an exorbitantly high price for such a little bit of yogurt. I definitely won't go there again at such prices. A pity!

Never eaten there before, but the name is “Super Guud” and a very beautiful woman works there, mashallah.

I was so happy about the coffee, but the cup didn't live up to its promise and ruined my clothes before I started work because it was leaking. Ecological thought is nice, but not at this price.

Until a few weeks ago, tea was CHF 4. Written as CHF 4.00. I asked for a little milk in each case - because it tastes better. Coffee cream is offered individually packaged. Then last week I suddenly paid 4.40 for the same service. Written still CHF 4.00. Without information or advice from the seller. I thought it was a mistake. This morning now CHF 5.00, written down still 4.00. Without information that I have to pay 25% more for very little milk. When I asked her, she said that was the case. When I pointed out that it was 4.40 last week, she replied that maybe she had misunderstood something. A tea with a little milk costs more than a latte macchiato and that is without it being declared on the price list. Super Guud definitely has one less customer.
