I am amused when, with the lowest bet on "Wall Street", I first achieve 30 free spins with a meager result of 25.50 and then in over 300! spins I lose a whopping over 160 Fr. I have been going to this casino for many years. The employees are all very friendly and it's always fun. Unfortunately, lately the dress code is no longer taken seriously. Some guests come in trainer pants, with caps on their heads, etc. "In the past" even the jacket had to be left outside, but that's no longer the case today. You really see everything. The feeling of a bit of luxury and elegance has disappeared. It's especially bad when you're sitting next to someone who has extreme body odor and you can barely breathe. “Fat smelling clothing” is described on the homepage as “not appropriate”. A pity. Maybe take the dress code as seriously as before.

Nice place....easy to find inside there are few car parks but outside there are very large car parks and easy to get to the entrance excellent place to spend a different evening to have a drink and play a few games I highly recommend it for spend a different evening

New assessment after Corona: As "regulars" from Wädenswil (I'm 56, my wife 51), and we also go to other casinos from time to time, where we don't always like everything. Casino Salzburg is great. Great ambience, great visitors (!), great staff, great drink service, great drinks/food. Very nice wardrobe (probably not possible in the city). But it probably also plays a role where the casino is in relation to the customers. To improve: The charging process for e-cars is super tedious, especially when it rains, actually an imposition, why don't you just have Swisscharge via RFID? What's really annoying are the constant promotions via newsletters for only certain days (!) etc. A lot of people do that, but it just annoys you. Please change that, especially regarding the validity date. The fumoir area is too large in relation to the normal area but we can live with that.

Very chic casino. The only thing that bothers you is the smoke that always clouds the non-smoking area as soon as the door opens. But everything else is great... The man/woman even gets a welcome drink and 10.- for the first visit...

Went out to dinner with friends on October 14th. I found the food to be medium, it could be better. Since Oktoberfest was also taking place, the waiters were running back and forth in a rather stressful manner, which was unpleasant for me as a guest to see. A pity...

Spacious and comfortable No noise next to the train tracks. It was nice to have air conditioning and a refrigerator, which is rare in Europe.

Rather a smaller casino but it makes up for it with its style, large area with machines, mostly in the smoking area but there are also machines in the non-smoking area. Friendly croupier at the tables. Nice area to eat and drink. All in all a nice casino with a direct parking garage.

It was our first time in a casino. The staff was super nice and explained everything to us and kept asking if we needed help. Absolutely great, gladly again.

Nice atmosphere, but unfortunately some of the slot machines are clearly showing their age, which is a shame. As I learned, the casino is supposed to move, and the slot machines should also be replaced immediately. It would be great if there were Novomatic machines with triple pots etc. and it would also be important that bets are possible from 20rp. It would also be great if there were also slot machines from the IGT brand, such as: Golden Grand Egypt, Jungle Grand, Diamond Mania, Hephaestus Cash Erruption or Rising of Fortunes.

Was there for the first time, although friendly at reception, but not even greeted with "Grüezi" at the tables. Hand movements in Black Jack often had to be repeated whether you wanted to draw again or stick with the cards. Slots seemed to be taken up, for example a lady played on 3 slots at the same time, but I saw this especially in the smoking room. This was particularly the case with the appealing slots (Chash Collector). Chairs at the slots in the smoking room are quite uncomfortable, which doesn't allow for longer gaming. The attitude of some employees was also uninviting, which meant that you had to leave the casino early because the mood plummeted.

We were at Casino Rapperswil for the first time. Unfortunately we found the staff not so funny and relaxed. They were just trying to get by their evening. We liked Zurich better because it was less complicated there. Otherwise a nice, clean casino. Drinks are overpriced as usual.

The worst casino in Switzerland Something ridiculous happened today...... three times a free spin came out in the jackpot machine and he paid 100 francs each time. Playing with 5fr is a joke. The best casino in Switzerland, not too big but not too small either, I usually come home with a win, especially at roulette. I was recently in Baden and I don't like this casino at all. I don't understand why everyone wants to go there, unfortunately I lost everything there the first time. And people have a little understanding that the casinos can't always open everything at the moment because of Corona, and the situation isn't easy for the casinos either.

Even though it was a Thursday evening, there were few visitors. The employees are courteous and friendly.

So if the tables (roulette) aren't rigged, then I'll eat a broom.. How the ball partly jumped was really strange.. The financial losses caused by Corona will probably have to flow back into the cash register...

It's certainly a great time to stay in the casino. Nevertheless, I have to say that it is astonishing that a state-owned company is once again managing to take advantage of the current situation. Why do you have to stay open for so long and can't join all other small businesses in solidarity and open at 11 p.m. A company that is financially supported anyway if it is not in the black.

Actually a nice casino where you are warmly welcomed and enjoy staying there. However, we were very disappointed today, according to the loudspeaker announcement you can order drinks until 11 p.m. When we wanted to order something at 10:50 p.m., we were informed that drinks could only be served until 10:50 p.m. The two gentlemen in front of us were being served during this time and we were ignored. Of course we accepted this and went to our place to play another round. But when we saw some gentlemen being served again 5 minutes later, we asked again and were turned away. Now I have to admit that we felt discriminated against by this lady because once again only the gentlemen were noticed by the lady in question. The answer to the question of why we no longer received anything was simply said that the gentlemen were at the table and had received incorrect information. Of course it could be, but it's a shame.

I like Swiss Casinos. It makes you lose money very fast but the people there are more for fun gaming. Not big gamblers like in Las Vegas. You can play with low chips and not getting embarrassed. So even some younger people who goes there just want to play and lose and go home happy. They maintain the hygiene. Cleaning surfaces. Everybody wear mask. So it feels fine .

Online casino is an absolute disgrace. Chance of winning = 0 if you accept the bonus at the beginning. So you get a gift at the beginning, which makes the deposited amount in real money practically unusable straight away. It takes a little longer to explain, but believe me, it is true. "Thank you dear new customer and welcome, here's a gift... and oops, your money is gone." If you have accepted the bonus, you have to wager CHF 10,500 for a CHF 30 bonus at the roulette table so that you can then redeem something in real money. Be careful, with slots only CHF 1,050... you'll probably get rid of the money 10x faster. The madness. But yes, we are talking about an organization that managed to organize an entire vote to achieve a monopoly. It would probably be more of a surprise if the offer were fair. :-)

Small but nice casino with a good selection of slots and table games. Nice staff and good croupiers. Interesting bonus bet on Blackjack - Bust (5 to 2 payout). The house edge for the setup in Pfäffikon is 1.3%, which is almost embarrassingly low for a side bet (if the dealer were to hit Soft17, this bet would even be tilted in the player's favor - but I think the casino mathematician has already done his homework.. .:)). It's also positive that you don't have to pay an entrance fee. I'm wondering why the casinos in German-speaking Switzerland don't manage to offer entry-free and free drinks (at least soft drinks and beer) for active players. Barrière and Partouche in Welschland apparently manage this without any problems...! In any case, you're welcome to go to Pfäffikon to play at any time.
