ordered but never received my food and no response for a refund!!

Ordered a few times via Uber eats. Pretty decent food given the price. Nothing super fancy but good for a quick lunch or dinner.

We ordered from this restaurant using Uber Eats. The delivery was canceled by the restaurant, confirming over the phone that there would be no charge. The restaurant still collected the money. The restaurant did not support us afterwards and the refund process with Uber was extremely cumbersome

Really bad place owner is a scammer. One plate is 22 Euro and owner is really rude. He doesn’t even has menu.

Lovely food, friendly service, fair price. I had the takeaway lunch menu.

After Jeff's closed, the restaurant was rearranged and a new tenant appears to have taken over. On the outside walls is Swissasia Indian Restaurant. The customer stopper, however, bears the Weera Pura logo Sri Lankan & Asian Cuisines. (Take a Way from Chf12.- for curry with rice) It seems to me that you opened today 03/13/2023. I stocked up on Take A Way for lunch this afternoon. WAS GREAT! once across! (Rice, spicy chicken, lentils, spicy minced meat, delicious steamed vegetables and bean vegetables) for the large portion with cutlery Chf 18.- (in my opinion approx. 10% too expensive) For slightly thinner rice and more meat and vegetables, while the Chf18.- OK! Very nice service by 2 ladies (Swiss German) It's still going to take some getting used to, I'm looking forward to the next visit. I will probably try (Kottu Roti with beef or Pulet) for Chf 18.50. Food was cold and not tasty. Don’t reccomend

I don’t recommend this place!!! The food is cold, the plates were dirty and the price is definitely too high for this quality. The person who works there is completely unprofessional! He charged me 2205CHF instead of 22.5CHF. I understand that everyone could do mistakes. But the person didn’t know how to use the terminal to give me my money back. I needed to come 2 times to the restaurant and I called them many times to get the money back! After 2 weeks I finally contacted the owner and he gave me the money. Unfortunately they didn’t apologize me for the inconvenience and they didn’t put any effort to ease the situation…
