Tamil Unavakam in Altdorf (UR)

We came from Ticino (Lugano), we tried the all-you-can-eat buffet, which was all very good. The staff were also fantastic. Congratulations 👍

When you enter, you are greeted by a delicate scent of spices. The dish was freshly prepared, very tasty. Generous portion size and free fried crackers with a delicious sauce, as I had to wait a short while as a larger group was already ordering right in front of me. Friendly service, I will eat here again.

A+ on every dish. The food was great and so was the service. The owner was so friendly. One of the best spot for Tamil food. We had lamb kothu, prawn fried rice, chicken red curry, chicken briyani and chicken rolls. And all the dishes were served with fired eggs. Worth every penny. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Very authentic and tasty South Indian/Srilankan food. We loved the Chicken Biryani with the chicken cooked to perfection and Kothu parotta . The owners are friendly warm people. Would definitely recommend the place!

Curry was tasteless and chicken was very tough. Never again! The service was understanding and gave a discount after which I no longer wanted an alternative menu.
