Food order canceled out of nowhere after 3 hours of waiting and prepayment. 10:50 p.m. Saturday evening!! We've been waiting for 3 hours and they don't give an update and then just cancel. Ruined evening and warn everyone about this store

Absolute crap shop. We ordered food for 70 francs, waited 3 hours and then the delivery was CANCELED ONLY 5 TO 11 so that we couldn't order anywhere else. Watch out for these guys.

I had a mixed plate that was generously filled and also very good, top marks. The only drawback: my food cooled down very quickly in the draft of the restaurant, which is open on both sides, which is a shame. Service was okay, German instead of English (or Greek) wouldn't be a luxury. The restaurant is functional, but not cozy. Well, it's a take-away and fast food, so okay.

The food (Gyros Pita & Bifteki Pita) was excellent. Unfortunately the fries were still very soft but all in all it was still very tasty. The restaurant is quite nicely decorated for a snack. The price is very fair.

I really enjoyed the food! The meat, onions, tomatoes and fries are in perfect harmony with the sauce. However, it should be noted that this is not a restaurant, as one might think, but a snack bar.

Great Greek corner in Kleinbasel (probably the only real greek food in the city). Authentic greek gyros and pita in a very cozy and friendly environment. Highly suggested.

Authentic greek eatery in a genuine environment that gives you the feeling of those chilled out summer evenings in a gyradiko on the greek islands. Unbelievable but true, I had the tip of a knife in my gyro last time! Luckily I felt it when I bit it and was able to take it out of my mouth without anything else happening. No one could explain how the tip of the knife got into my gyros.

Stumbled into this shop by chance while looking for a kebab shop... after this brilliant Gyros Pita, I only come here when I'm in Basel. Compliment, it tastes great here.

Excellent authentic Greek restaurant in Kleinbasel - probably the best Green restaurant in Basel overall. Service is quite kind, the ambiance is very welcoming with a cute little garden in the back, and the food is excellent and not too expensive. Menu is small and focused on a few good things, as it should be. Definitely try the dolmadakia and the standard giropita.

Delicious pita, I was very happy that it had some vegan options. It would be even better if there was also a vegan (yoghurt) sauce and not just ketchup

Maybe I had it on a bad night but the gyros was ok at best Bread was good Meat was dry and overcooked Fries were soggy and unpleasant Overall lacked seasoning and flavour

An almost TERRIBLE experience. Around 3 weeks ago I decided to try out this new place in Basel since I love Greek food. I went into the shop and the guy working there could NOT understand a word. I had to point out even for the potatoes in wanted in my gyros. Thank God the girl that was in the cashier rushed to help me and took my order. If she wasn't there, I would have given up and never come back. He was so inexperienced he had to re-wrap my souvlaki 3 times. When I tried to eat it at home it just opened and I had to eat it with a fork. The quality of the food was great but the service ( if it wasn't for that girl ) would have been terrible.
