Everything I got is all handmade by a family. Most people are concerned with low costs and high sales. That is not the case here. So much love and time is invested, it's such a shame that you miss out. That's why I can only recommend everyone to stop by! And ask for exquisite food, they will definitely be helpful to you! Thanks for the delicious homemade baklavas!

-Food too expensive. Homemade flatbread, but this doesn't justify 14. - that's almost the same price as in Zurich's most hyped kebab shops. -Atmosphere disaster. -Service just ok.

Incredibly delicious kebab with fresh ingredients and homemade flatbread. The homemade baklava and homemade cheesecake were also incredibly delicious. Super friendly service, left with a smile.

Very tasty and good Dürüm. For 14.- you can get a homemade whole grain flatbread and homemade cocktail sauce. Very good and pretty big too! I don't know many kebab stalls anymore that offer such good quality! 👍

You've definitely been my regular kebab in Horw for more than 6 years. Dear people and the 14.- is more than worth it. Homemade falafel and is well filled. The pizzas are also wonderful and exactly to my taste!

Simply furnished, but enough for a snack. Very large portions, you can also order small ones. Everything was fresh and there was free baklava to try.

Small shop but very friendly people very hospitable. Everything you eat there is handmade and the pide doner with cheese is highly recommended. I live in the Netherlands and eat pizza doner often, but I have never eaten something like this before. We were passing through and fortunately decided to eat here instead of other options.

The quality of the food is very good and tasty, but since it became more expensive it's almost too expensive, which is why many people don't go there anymore. The man who works there speaks almost no German and occasionally doesn't give all of the return money back. And the owner doesn't care about any criticism

Although a bit expensive at 14.00 for a Dürüm, the service is super nice and the flatbread is wholemeal and homemade.

In my opinion one of the best (if not the best) kebab in Lucerne. Flatbread & sauces prepared with love. I'm probably there once a week and it always tastes great. Very friendly staff :)

By far the best kebab in Horw. She makes the flatbread herself and it is sooooooooo delicious. Can't understand the bad reviews. Once again customers who want their food for free or are cheeky enough to take their own drinks with them to save 4fr. Absolutely disrespectful. So 5 stars from me, everything is very tasty, our whole family has been coming here for years :)

We were there on December 30th, 2022 at around 5:30 p.m. Had a falafel box and 1 salad. food was okay. Service no smile. PRICES OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. In Horw - not in a metropolis... Never again.

Very fine kebabs made with love. The flatbreads are even homemade and correspondingly good. In the winter months there is even free tea and from time to time a free dessert. Top keep it up...

I was seduced by the reviews here and was not disappointed. The extremely likeable lady and her amiable husband know how to convince their customers excellently. It's wonderful to meet people who love what they do. And my family and I noticed this with every bite. Honest and good craftsmanship still has its value today. Simply very tasty and by far better than any kebab I've had in recent years. Everything homemade and fresh! Compliment!

Surprisingly good kebab in Horw. It looks inconspicuous from the outside and I probably wouldn't have gone without a tip from a good friend, but the visit was really worth it. Great quality at a good price! The staff is also very friendly and the food is hot.

Just as I appreciate a fine meal in a restaurant, I also like an uncomplicated kebab or a pide. Due to numerous recommendations from friends, I ended up in the Taube-Imbiss by chance one day. Different countries, different customs: The vocabulary for ordering a kebab is fundamentally different in Switzerland than in the larger canton and so I had a few difficulties ordering what I wanted. Once again I was ready to face this and entered the Taube-Imbiss for the first time. The landlady tried so hard to sell me what I really wanted and, with almost limitless patience, even brought out pepperoni and pepperoncini for comparison so that I could tell her what I wanted. To this day I don't know what the lady's name is (she's known my first name since I placed my first telephone order), so I call her "Anne". It also fits very well because she is so kind, like a mother to her children and, in my opinion, prepares the food with love. That's probably why it always tastes so good. The restaurant itself was recently renovated, it is very inviting and tidy. The innkeeper brings the food as well as cutlery and placemats to your table, and at certain times (I think?) you are also allowed to smoke there. Which I really appreciate in winter because I don't like standing outside and freezing after eating. The Çay, which has already been mentioned several times by the previous speakers, actually tastes delicious; But getting something for free is not my main criterion for visiting the Taube-Imbiss. Since I have no inhibitions about expressing my opinion openly, there would also be points of criticism here - if there were any. But they don't exist. Taube-Imbiss: Good food, friendly owners, courteous service, nice design, good price/performance ratio, feel-good factor. For me it's the only address in the entire area when I want Turkish fast food.
