During the payment process, as a customer you are left standing so that you can hug and greet the colleague who has just arrived. Spent over 70.- on coffee and had to pay for the paper bag. You will then be offered to apply for a customer card. I think there is a lot of room for improvement.

What is Tchibo's business model? Coffee and cake or pastries okay. It all looks, smells and tastes pretty delicious. But also sporting goods, underwear, garden accessories or bed linen. I either go to a coffee shop or a boutique, but both in one is always weird.

Always enjoy a nice coffee before shopping. Super nice and friendly staff. To recommend.
