I am a long-time customer. And go to Tchibo in the city of Solothurn every week. Unfortunately, the majority of people think that the same lady as today is working on January 10th, 2024. It's very dirty. Benches are full of leftover food (rolls) and the tables are dirty. And very unfriendly! I wanted to order an iced coffee. The lady says in a very flippant tone that it's winter and you won't do that again until summer. I would understand this if it wasn't on offer. But since it's on the Erfischer table. I have no understanding for that! I've never had a problem with any of the other employees that they didn't receive something. But with this lady it is. If you don't offer something, take it out of the range!

My husband and I have been coming here every week since we started this tshibo branch to enjoy the fine coffee and the beautiful ambience. The staff is super friendly. The women are all very warm and accommodating. We don't feel as comfortable in any other restaurant in Solothurn as we do here. Thank you for the beautiful moments...

There are many options for drinking coffee in Solothurn - but for over 10 years my wife and I have always been going to Tchibo for our bowl of vanilla and a pastry. The warm, cordial and always courteous service from all employees without exception makes our visit an event again and again, and we also enjoy traveling from Flumenthal a. Keep it up... and thank you for being here.

THE coffee bar in Solothurn. The coffee is always great, the treats are always tempting! After 10 years as a regular guest, I still enjoy coming back for a cappuccino, although not as often, and I'm happy when I'm always greeted with a warm smile, even after a long time. I'm particularly pleased that as many employees still work here as when I first visited 10 years ago. This shows a good working atmosphere and good leadership. Keep it up.......

I think Tschibo is great! Firstly, you get coffee specialties at really fair prices and the range of coffee machines, milk frothers and coffee blends are also very good and not overpriced. Tschibo offers a 3-year guarantee on its coffee machines.

The saleswomen at Tchibo are very nice to serve and also very attentive. Can only recommend this business.
