Chickens would have found enough food here and sheep that there would be no more cleanliness. Cream cake very sweet.

Friendly and very pretty tea room, terrace in summer

The food was top notch, the service outside for the drinks seemed unmotivated to me. The place itself is beautiful, a bit cool in the morning due to the shade and also windy.

Just bought an eclair with them and the lady said we could sit outside or at the tea room to eat that. After getting a place upstairs at the tea room, the lady serving there (young, white and black hair) told us that (me and my husband) that we couldn’t stay there unless buying a drink (even though i had bought already the sweets with them). Great way on maintaining clients, for sure I wouldn’t go back to this place or recommend.

The products are good and the tea room is well located. However, we came to eat this lunch and we simply asked the question of the size of the salad to decide between large and small. I expected the waitress to show me with big modo hands. Instead, she replies dryly, “well, it’s up to you how hungry you are.” When in doubt, I take the large one. Her adorable colleague arrives and says to me “you know, I think the little one is enough”. I answer him “then gladly if you can change”. And then I hear the first one who gets angry, talking about me in a way that I didn't think was possible. Already upon arriving, when we asked if there was room upstairs, she replied in an aggressive tone "I don't know, you just have to go and see". She came and moved my glass again, putting her fingers where I was drinking even though it was full. I've never seen anyone hate work so much. And if she doesn't like people, maybe choose another job... Congratulations to his kind colleague, gentle, smiling and professional.

Despite the fact that the products are very good, the service is deplorable. We had barely sat down when we were already being stared at by the waitress... We didn't even get a smile... The service really needs to be improved, it doesn't make you want to come back.

We need to increase the choice for vegan people. There is no choice! It's a shame because the staff are friendly.

Really bad service! We go inside, I start to order for the terrace, but I am cut off by telling me that I have to order outside. We sit outside, we wait almost 10 minutes, the waitress arrives, I order a coffee with a pastry and she refuses, saying that we should order inside! While the couple next to me had just been served coffee and croissants at the same time on the terrace! More annoying is the reaction of the waitress who turns her back on me, leaving me to speak alone and begins to serve other customers. Lack of professionalism and politeness. Zero customer experience!

The staff is top notch, the food is great, but I must say quite disappointed that there is no indication of the means of payment for the postcard which is refused at the Tea-Room but accepted at the bakery downstairs. Nowadays, card payments are made more and more often and sometimes not necessarily with cash.

Food is really great but bad service. The waitress avoids you so as not to work....you have to wait until you have finished eating (and again) to receive your coffee. Really disappointed...

Very, very unfriendly and listless service!

The only Tea-Room in the world where you can pay for your confectionery with a Postcard and sit on the terrace, order a coffee and have the same Postcard refused when paying for the coffee. Pattern not the same crate! The height of absurdity has been reached!

Fast and very friendly service.

Friendly staff and health standards seem to be respected unlike Suard Givisiez. On the other hand, always less choice at the bakery....too bad.

The choice of different types of chocolates and sweets is immense. Everything is super good. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of this place, and I find it quite expensive.

Good job deleting Google reviews when we report things that are wrong. In fact I saw one of the sellers vacuuming (Dyson) the sandwiches (Suard Fribourg)... Bravo for your courage

I was able to taste the galette des rois which was very good, their lemon meringue tart was amazing (my daughter stole it from me), their plum tart was a delight, their hazelnut bread was a great discovery.

Having been going to Suard for several years, I allow myself to give my feelings which are falling more and more. Indeed, raising prices is one thing, but lowering the quality of products is disappointing coming from a brand that has a monopoly on the city of Friborg in pastries. To avoid However, the staff is welcoming

How can you not appreciate this pink?

Has all typical tea room products and more. What I sometimes enjoy is going there in the morning because with your coffee or chocolate you receive a mini spoon for free. I find this little touch of sweetness great before starting to work or something. This opinion is my own of course.

The bakery makes quality salads to take away every day. I just regret that this is not made in glass jars that we can bring back and which could be recycled. This would be a real plus for this establishment. Marcel Aebischer

Nice place, good prices, excellent products. Special mention for the service, charming and radiant with joy and sympathy.

Really a disappointment. The quality is really no longer there. We talk to you about wood-fired bread, modern confectionery, but simple rolls have become almost inedible on a daily basis.

Very nice crepe menu and small meals, with a daily menu.

The tea room is found above a bakery and is light and agreeable. The inerior is a bit dated now, a sort of 1980s flowery homly but apart from that the service, food and drinks are well served by friendly staff. I like the madras spiced tea they serve and the location in the centre of town very convienient. There is also a bar at the back but I havn't visited it as I am always with my wife.
