Tea & Room Teekult in Winterthur

It was really nice, the tea was delicious and it's definitely a place I want to come to more often🫶🏽

I like coming here. I can recommend Turkish apple tea. Is our personal favorite.

An order of tea (food) for 80 Chf arrives in a shoebox. We write an email. We get a call where they don't apologize but try to convince the customer that everything is okay. Everyone has their own idea of ​​marketing and presenting (food) products. I'll leave you two photos so you can get an idea.

I am referring to the café, which is on the 1st floor. Only recently discovered and the Teekult is definitely one of my new favorite spots in Winterthur. The food was excellent and the service was top!! Everything was perfect, perfect too!

Exceptional tea store! It really has every tea, tea cup, tea related gift from all around the world. I loved buying a few presents for friends from here and the young lady there was super helpful and was also fluent in English. My favorites were the tea flowers from China and the little Japanese tea containers, all reasonably priced.

Love it, very friendly staff. The tea is very nicely prepared and tastes good.

A lovely hidden cafe where you can get great thè etc which is really exceptional for me. You get a patient person who really takes the time to find out what you want. Funny details about that. My Chaithè with oat drink is more than recommended. I haven't tried the cakes/scones yet, but I plan to ;). It was a wonderful visit all around and at the end you can browse or buy on the ground floor.

Teekult is a hidden gem that I wish more people knew about. I was recommended by a student, and now I know why they said I had to come here! They have an absolutely huge selection of teas, cups, pots, and other items. Super friendly staff make it a joy to shop. Buying small Christmas presents? This is the place to go.

The store itself is invitingly designed and there is a wide selection of teas and other gift items. However, a bit expensive. I've eaten in the tearoom several times and I have to say that they have the best hummus there, in my opinion. The tea was also very good every time, but I won't be coming back for one reason. I always found the staff a bit distant and unfriendly. Unfortunately I didn't feel welcome. Even in the shop, the staff seemed annoyed. It's a shame that I had to have this experience several times because I actually see the tea cult itself as a little insider tip, but I'll avoid it from now on.

Small store completely focused on tea and tea accessories. The great smells make you expectant to try the purchased. The various teas on offer are stored in large metal tea containers and are filled and weighed in airtight paper bags when purchased. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Will be happy to come again.

It's not that fine, I think mine wasn't that good either soy milk, I have to throw it away immediately. I would have more Babbel tea selection and also normal milk to start with. Soy milk. Some people don't like soy milk that much 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢

I got the "Bubbletea" today and I really didn't like it. I already knew that they were a little different than those in bubbletea shops in Zurich. So I didn't have high expectations, but I still wanted to try it. I have to say, this tea shop itself offers enough selection of teas with many exciting flavors, but the sale of bubble tea is really unnecessary and tastes sticky. I understand that bubble tea is very trendy again, but then the selection should be larger and at least taste authentic. 6.90.- for a little tea flavor and the dominant soy milk.. no thanks.

My companion and I drank our way through the various teas. It has a huge, great selection and you always discover an unknown tea. The restaurant is cozy and invitingly furnished. The service was very accommodating and friendly. We'd love to come back!

I thought 7.50 chf for a piece of cake was very high, twice as expensive as in other nice cafes and not twice but equally delicious

nice chilld place. it's on the second flore above a teeshop. uprobsbly have to wait a cupple of minuts until a table gets free but it's worth it.

There's actually nothing to complain about in the range. One cannot, but should not, argue about gendering. - But if the warranty service for purchased goods is not correct (information "doesn't work: we only have a two-week warranty" (!!), but if you ask the manufacturer you can get a free replacement within three days) and someone in the store tells you "We don't have the tea "Go shopping somewhere else," then it's probably time to actually shop somewhere else. It's a shame but there is good tea elsewhere too.

The selection of tea is huge, as are the accessories for its preparation. Unfortunately I found the staff unfriendly and inattentive. Gave the business a second and third chance, unfortunately the staff remained the same.
