Wow! We're on day 2 of our stay here and I just had to leave a review so I don't forget later... Lol. This hotel is great!! The location is incredible and our room 201 overlooks the river and stunning mountains all around! Beautiful view. Very clean room. The whole hotel seems renovated, from the large wide spiral stairwell that's beautifully tiled, to the room itself with its wooden floor and beautiful bathroom tiles. The room is a nice size with plenty of room for your things (unless you travel with 8 full size suitcases. In that case you may have a problem 😄). The bathroom is small but wonderful. There's actually a medicine cabinet with a mirror! Can't remember the last time I had a medicine cabinet in a hotel room! The shower is nice and hot and has a raised ledge so water stays inside! *They don't provide conditioner so take into account and bring your own. Breakfast is nice. Great bread, good eggs, great coffee, and all kinds of other things. The ladies that run the place are SO nice. Very responsive via email, accommodating, friendly... What more can you ask for?? Bottom line - great location, super clean, looks newly renovated, good breakfast... Would highly recommend!

One day I came here with my local friend who told me that “they make the best coffee in Interlaken”. I don’t drink coffee, I didn’t care, so I took granola, it was very tasty, beautiful presentation of the dishes. After some time I decided to come back here and try some soup. Oh my goodness, from the moment I come here every time I see that the daily soup offering is excellent. Literally all the soups I tried were great, so I'll start asking for the recipe for each of them. Today we had broccoli soup with cheese. Wonderful as always. I would like to note that I am a tea lover, which is also at the highest level. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the view from the cafe is magnificent. This place also attracts the attention of co-working spaces - a very rare phenomenon in Interlaken, forgotten by tourists. So come here, try the coffee in Interlaken, which is better than I have ever tried, and don’t forget to ask about the soup - you’ll thank me 💁🏼‍♀️🍀

Alright ! I just came to have breakfast (without staying in the hotel) and it was delicious. It is ideally located and offers a beautiful view of the Aare river and the mountains. What a great place to have breakfast in interlaken. Everyone is just really lovely, welcoming and friendly. The ambiance, food and coffee were top notch. Loved that I could have French toast as breakfast in this region.

After 5 months of not eating out, TIm, Kat and Adam provided just the meal we needed. From the eggs to the coffee and a few beers to round it out, it was all on point. Being from town I already knew how nice the view is on the terrace, my out of town friends however could not get enough of seeing the Jungfrau across the way. Best place in town for coffee and brunch, hands down.

Had a delicious Mother's Day lunch with my family on the covered terrace overlooking the scenic Aare river with surrounding snow-capped mountains. The service was exceptionally friendly. Be sure not to miss out on the homemade desserts and specialty coffees, including plant based milk options.

This place has amazing views. In the the most amazing location. Breakfast was amazing and we had a great night's sleep. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Timmy and Kat helped make our stay comfortable and memorable.

I booked this place for my mum and her partner. They loved it! Especially the friendly service and the newly renovated room. We also visit the Aarburg for coffee on a regular basis, in our opinion they serve the best coffee in town.

I stayed for three nights in June, 2019, and it was exactly what I'd hoped for. The staff were very friendly and communicative, with great recommendations for food, activities, and bike rides. The room was just the right size for me, and would have been tight-but-sufficient for two. It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Solid WiFi; no TV or A/C, but that's not what I was there for. Spectacular view from the room. Tasty, though simple, breakfast. Found a good book to read in the sitting room. Very accommodating of my bicycle.

Our favorite place to grab drinks in Interlaken was our hostel! More than a hostel, this place feels like home. The owners are locals that have been in town for a long time. The city's tour guides come here to grab drinks as the sun sets because the view from the front porch is beautiful and the beer is cheaper than anywhere else in Interlaken. We were in the shared room with 10 beds and it's comfortable, albeit nothing special. There's really no reason to spend any time in the room when the common areas of the hostel are so enjoyable. The location is perfect. Far enough away to be secluded and quiet, but close enough to the center of the city to be a short, 5 minute walk (might actually be longer but it only feels like 5 minutes because the area is so beautiful). If you want a home and not a hotel, stay here. -8.8/10

Only downsides to our stay was the laundry facilities is a laundromat next door, which while convenient, was pricey (also washing powder dispenser was broken), and also the wifi signal from our room was a bit weak so would drop out regularly. Overall stay was fantastic and would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay at a very reasonable price.
