The Asia House in Murten

Endless wait, 26.- for the dish and we have to add another 3.5.- for the rice. 6 balls for cold tea, I've never seen that. unfortunately the food was tasteless. In short, very disappointed, I absolutely do not recommend.

Food was very good. Unfortunately, there was a very long wait for the food to arrive. Price/performance good. Chopsticks on the table were also missing.

This is a Chinese and Japanese restaurant. I have only tried Chinese hot and sour soup, Sichuan beef and fried dumplings. They taste quite good and the food is served very quickly. The service staff are very warm and thoughtful. I will come again.

Food is very good 👍Service mediocre. I expect from a Chinese restaurant that chopsticks are part of the place setting and that you don't have to ask for them.

An unemotional reception and just as unemotional was the food. The food was absolutely disgusting!!! the meat was incredibly tough and inedible. It was almost impossible to talk to the staff and we had to pay for the wrong and more expensive food. not worth recommending at all..!!!

Of the 4 dishes we requested, 2 were not available that day. My crispy beef was a rubbery something with a very sweet sauce and my husband's eel was so small and only served on a little white rice that my husband was still hungry afterwards. I didn't finish mine because it didn't taste good and I wasn't really sure what I was eating.... Prices very high for that! And communication was also difficult because the staff (unless they were behind the counter on their cell phones) didn't really speak German. Not recommendable.

Very difficult communication. We specifically asked if we could eat on the terrace and were told no problem. After a while he came with a plastic bag and the food in it. When we asked why there were no dishes, he said there was only one way and my partner didn't get the right one either. So it was rather disappointing.

Good menu, good food, modest communication with the staff. But always get what you want.

The dishes were prepared without emotion. The beef did not meet our quality expectations. Communication with the waiter was very difficult because he hardly spoke German or French. Overall disappointing.

Good food, however crispy beef with a very thick sauce, I have eaten some of the best. Extremely slow service, don't come to take orders if you don't call them and my starter served 5 minutes after my friend's plate was cleared... In addition, we were warned when paying that the card machine was not working.

The food was good but nothing exceptional. Deductions must be made for service and cleanliness. Service was very slow and the table wasn't cleaned very cleanly.

Impudence! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! We wanted to order food for a birthday. Since there were a few more people, we found out the day before whether this would be possible. Everything was fine, they said it wasn't a problem, the food would be ready for everyone in 20 minutes. When we wanted to order the next day the restaurant was closed... Seriously?!

A nice Chinese restaurant situated in the middle of the city of Murton in the Canton of Bern. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating. The menu has daily specials and fixed meals as well and the quality is good as are the prices.

For my friend's birthday it said open on the website, we went a long way and found a closed restaurant. I would rather throw my money away than support them.
