The Bakehouse Pierre Sàrl in La Chaux-de-Fonds

I repeated several times because the Fournil de Pierre is near my work. Each time, huge disappointment. Disgusting and overly salty quiches, sandwiches full of butter... I'm really sorry but when it comes to dirty things, I can't find anything good. After several attempts, I gave up for good. Damage ! The saleswomen are very friendly but not very clear (don't know if the bread is leavened) and always try to pass on something else to us: "And with that?..." Well nothing otherwise I would have said so, thank you.

We went to have breakfast and the person serving us was so slow and didn't understand anything we had ordered... The coffee was disgusting you could see the shape of the cup and I asked for another sugar and to bring me the sugar she comes with her tray for a bag of sugar...and she is always asking questions to the young girl who was near the bakery, I think she doesn't have a job for her.😡

I noticed that honey is expensive.

So disappointed with the decline of this bakery... Original king cake with beans but almost nothing apple stuffing. The puff pastry is good but the stuffing is measured in millimeters... Too bad, pretty in appearance but poor in quality. Croissants always of a different quality, once undercooked, once overcooked, zero consistency. Staff who change all the time, who understand nothing... In short, I won't set foot there again. Too disappointed 😕

If the 0 rating existed, this is obviously the one I would have used! I place an order in advance (2 weeks) to be sure that it is ready for the big day. I return to the bakery two days before to ensure that it has been taken into account. When I went to collect my order, I was told that they “forgot” to make it. So in the end, I found myself without what I had ordered. They tell me it's impossible to do it to me. This bakery is seriously lacking in professionalism! I really recommend avoiding going there!

Little stopover just now and the young girl who served me was very welcoming and friendly. I just wanted to point this out, because this is not the case everywhere!

Boss who does a 3-day unpaid trial and pays his employees 2 months later. When I found out about this I preferred to run away. Good luck to those who stay despite this!

The restaurant was empty, the staff was not friendly and did not know French properly. I asked to pay to a waiter from the Fournil, he only came when I left, which was worth a 20 minute wait even though there were 2 of them and there was no one there.

No more pain au chocolat at 7 a.m. 😳

For 6.50 purchase obligation to pay in currency. No discussion possible and no exceptions, even in the middle of covid. Unattainable boss. In the middle of moving I preferred to take extra bread to reach the fateful 10.-. Too bad I didn't have a credit card, the taxes would have been higher.

Still as good as ever! Always fresh products, everything has a “come back” taste, both sweet and savory. From mille-feuilles to savory tarts, including cream tarts, caracs, sandwiches or bread with nuts or olives, yum!

Overpriced and poor treatment of employees

It's a bit expensive but the quality is there. Apart from the little chocolate cake which I found dry.

Very very large choice of products at the La Chaux de Fonds station store, excellent products, and the service after 8 p.m., with a smile and is very friendly (the vegetable tart is top from top) in short, total satisfaction!
