Great burgers and great service!

We came here for burgers because we wanted to try different burger places. The cheezy nachos were very bad! The guacamole was NOT FRESH! It was brown and salty. The burger was ok, the meat was good, but the rest was poor. The fries weren't crispy, so we left them.

Our Gold Coast Tomahawk Menu was excellent. The meat was fried to perfection, the side dishes and the wine were also exquisite. The service was courteous. Since we chatted a lot during the meal and ate slowly, the service offered to keep our steak warm again. The restaurant is comfortably furnished and in summer the terrace with a lake view is probably the icing on the cake.

A really great restaurant, with an excellent host. The Golden Coast Tomahawk Steak we ordered was perfectly prepared and the taste was AMAZING! We will definitely come back and try the burgers and other great things on the menu. Thank you for the great evening!

The hamburgers are AMAZING you have your classic cheeseburger and others a bit more adventurous, the French fries are from another world and the brownie is to die for!

Bust in Herrliberg is definitely worth a visit, especially for its impressive meat menu. The selection of meat is top notch and is cooked to perfection so that it literally melts in your mouth. The slightly smaller dining room is more than made up for by the delicious food. A practical addition is the Ocean Drive Bar on the lower floor, where you have the opportunity to burn off some calories after your meal. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Bust. This restaurant not only offers outstanding meat but also an unforgettable dining experience.

The burger surprised me positively. Often you only find cheap burger bread, but this one was just as good quality as the meat and the sauce.

The food is perfect, as is the service! The location is just as great and it's easy to sit down there. A great shop with great chances of success! I'd love to come back.

The Bust is the best restaurant where they serve burgers. The quality is very high. The price is very good, large burgers and the meat is also of very good quality. Big praise to the chef and the owner of the restaurant 👍👍👍

We redeemed a voucher at this restaurant. The reservation was made by email with written information about the voucher. The voucher was not deducted when paying because we “ordered the wrong thing”! What we ordered was well below the price range of the voucher. He (managing director who served and served) knew from the start that we would redeem the voucher, why did he only tell us at the checkout? I just found it a disgrace, especially since the restaurant was empty except for us and one other occupied table. Discussing didn't help, he insisted on his opinion - very poor performance from a manager whose restaurant is empty 80-90% of the time, the quality is lousy, he doesn't care about customer satisfaction. This restaurant saves a lot on quality. It starts with the terrace furniture, which is unfortunately very cheap and therefore not very comfortable. The food/service lacks good quality, we tried the burgers. I have to be honest, this was by far the worst burger I have ever eaten. The cheeseburger was very bland, the cheese was on it, but you couldn't taste it, the meat had a strange aftertaste... It should also be mentioned that we paid for a carafe of water - CHF 12 - which came from the water dispenser came and wasn't even sparkling, but tasted like stale water - what a disgrace! Positive things to mention are the fries, which were delicious, and the view of Lake Zurich - although the quality and view are better at Strozzis.

I don’t know what to say. So high rating, but so bad burgers. The bust sauce is sad… burgers are vinegary, full of tomatoe, you can’t taste any cheese in a cheeseburger. I ate it, i was hungry, but McDonald’s is better and that’s not okay for a burger restaurant. The service is very nice, beers are good. Brgrs are a no for me.

We came for Tomahawk - this was pretty good, but it seemed like it was brought late after it was off the grill. Overall, not bad!

My husband loves the burgers here. It was my first time, but one of the best steaks - perfectly cooked! Kids enjoyed their burgers too (but perhaps give a thought to smaller portions for kids?). They all loved dessert, and we rounded off with a yummy shot of homemade schnapps (for the adults, obviously). Staff are super nice and friendly and very accommodating of the kids. Beautiful views of the lake, and we loved the playlist that was playing, too! Fab wee family dinner night out 😊

Wonderful burgers, the meat was amazing, the fries had the perfect crunch - we especially recommend the sweet potato fries. The burger bread was soft inside and perfectly crispy outside. We had a hot chocolate cake with ice cream as dessert - a perfect dinner! Prices were also acceptable.

Cool shop, very tasty food (nachos - hmmmm) and super nice service. With a view of the lake and the street, you hear a lot less than you might think. Relaxed and fine.

There were 7 of us and we were so excited to come because we had read the feedback and seen the photos. The reception was okay, but the music was much too loud but was turned down at our request. Nevertheless, ambience was a disaster; no decorations, no cruets on the table and nothing was uncovered despite a reservation. Non-carbonated mineral water per liter for 12chf but in a carafe... what's the point? Tartar tasted okay but not really remarkable, presentation was unfortunately generally very unappetizing, toast warmed up briefly but still blonde so no traces of browning. No butter, no onions, no capers but it cost a whopping 34chf. Fillets ordered medium but were brought almost through and pre-cut for over 50chf. Fries were charged separately and were too salty... Sauces weren't a big hit either, also charged separately. Spice sauce was just oily and not spicy, you could also use fresh pepperoncini, the worst thing was dried parsley on the ketchup. The waiter is generally nice but clears the mini bowls with his bare hands. I've really never been as disappointed as I was this evening. Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore.

The Bust is still in start-up mode with a soft opening. We found it on Google and decided to try it out. 2 burgers and a truffle fries later, we will definitely be back. Soon! The English-man burger was delicious and the truffle fries were excellent. The family running the establishment was also extremely friendly and welcoming. We showed up late to pick up our order and they were concerned for the fact that the fries were no longer in their prime condition. It was our fault and they were excellent as they were, but the chef was disappointed we didn’t taste them at their freshest. A really enjoyable meal. Seems like it would be a great spot to sit out on the porch and see the lake on a nice day as well.

Nice atmosphere with a view of the lake and a super friendly team. Have eaten there several times and it has always been a pleasure. Burgers and meat are highly recommended. And last but not least - they are also animal friendly.
