Super good, the best in Kleinbasel! But, as a small side note, I always wonder why nothing is actually put into the cash register when I buy something. If you want a receipt, the boss has to come and set up the cash register...

Searching for a parking space in vain... Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to eat anything.

I came here from Lausanne. The food is very beautiful. The staff is very friendly ✌️✌️

Very limited seating and service could have been much friendlier. Only easily accessible on foot or with public transport. I think other places taste much better.

I ordered a Dürüm from The Kebab Factory. The meat came fresh from the spit, along with grilled vegetables and environmentally friendly packaging. It was the best kebab in Basel.

By far one of the best kebab shops! As a returning customer I can say that I have never been disappointed by the high standard of quality. This applies to veggie and meat dishes. Fresh vegetables, great sauces and an incredibly friendly staff round the whole thing off.

By far the best falafel in Basel!!! If you don't want falafel, you can also get great halloumi, kebab, etc. The service is super nice and always well placed. I can only recommend!!!

I wouldn't recommend the kebab meat to anyone and the pizza is also a flop. Service nervously unfriendly and do everything wrong.

I've heard a lot about this particular kebab. So today I decided to try it out. Initial vibe was good but in reality it was mid. The kebab is quite standard (nothing wrong with that). It gives fancy vibes but really isn't. The yummy extras all cost more and he put little of the more expensive ingredients. However a lot of sauce and meat which is nice. Food gets a 4/5. The one guy serving there who was Greek was very friendly. The other one was a bit of an arse. And the place doesn't take card which is a bit ridiculous. And when I made a comment about it, the one guy was rude. Maybe I'm sensitive but not much separates the kebabs so he should be a bit careful about it. Overall experience is a 3.5/5 but you can't do mid scores so I'll make it a 3.

Dürüm was excellent. Also great Ayran. However, it does not accept card payment (only Twint or cash) and unfortunately only take-out is possible.

We got 2 pizzas. They were really great. Crispy and very tasty, we got the sauce extra. Cheap in price compared to others. The employees were nice and we didn't have to wait long. The store is also very nice and clean.

There aren't many good kebabs in Basel. This one is the best I've eaten so far. Fresh ingredients, great taste, friendly employees and a well-coordinated team that keeps track of everything even when it's busy and executes orders quickly. Great go on. In the future, when I'm in Basel, I'll only have kebabs here!

It will be a fixed stop every time we come to Basel. Kebabs and falafels this good are really hard to find. If you are looking for a real kebab you have to come here! Applause!

The falloumi Dürüm and kebab are very very tasty. Fresh ingredients and different sauces than the usual standards. The team is super nice and well organized.

We came especially from Biel to eat this delicious kebab here! We love coming there every time we feel like having a kebab. It is very hygienic there and the food is prepared perfectly. On the tongue the food is an 11/10. The meat and the sauces are top…I recommend it!

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately there is no seating here. My ordered Dürum didn't take too long to arrive. How does the Dürum taste? Personally, I think it's rather disappointing. The meat tasted a bit burnt and the flatbread was soggy underneath.

Absolutely nice staffs, best food quality( they prepare everything the moment you order, not like they have this meat already cut out and like that). Nice, clean and great 👍🏻 the only thing is .. they charges 6 swiss franc for a French fries.. I thought it was homemade .. but it wasn’t as far as I believe and tasted. It’s just normal fries we can grab from supermarket freezer fries.. whatever, rest super

I've already had a vegetarian kebab with falafel twice and today a classic kebab. I work with several kebab shops from all over Switzerland. Very few times have I been able to eat such a delicious kebab. The gentlemen at the service are super friendly and do a great job. The taste is surprisingly (since I don't necessarily prefer minced meat) very good. I imagine The Kebab Factory offers one of the best kebabs. I recommend it to everyone!

Despite the fact that I'm from the canton of Bern, this is the best kebab I've eaten. All ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality. I won't even start talking about the sauce because they are unbeatable! Well-deserved 5/5 stars every day.

The kebab tasted really great. I think it's because of the sauces and the meat. The vegetables are not run of the mill either - the taste is amazing, keep it up! What bothered me personally was that the waiting time lasted around 32 minutes before we could eat. I think it's a shame that there are no seats.

Dürüm tasted very fine. Unfortunately there is no toilet on site, which is why there are no 4 stars. Had to go to a restaurant around the corner... I think that you can only pay in cash these days is a NO-GO (hence another point deducted. Shopkeepers are friendly.

The vegetarian kebab was good and the selection of vegetables was also varied. Unfortunately, payment is only possible in cash and the portion is small.

In the top 3 “minced meat kebabs” in Basel. The meat is good, nothing more. It scores points with the crispy pocket bread and the sauces and vegetable variations. Very busy at lunchtime and the spit is usually ready early in the evening. The only negative point for me: only cash payment possible.

I had a Dürpm Factory. Something different with tomato puree and cheese. The price/performance is right, I had more than enough. If the flatbread were also fresh, it would be perfect! Unfortunately you can only pay with cash.

Friendly staff and solid kebab. Freshly prepared in front of your eyes, you can consume a wide variety of dishes here. Not 5 stars because the kebab was good, but that certain something that gave the food personality was missing.
