Waiting times for the main course were a little longer (I think she runs the kitchen single-handedly and also does the service with another person) but that was made up for by the really delicious food. The restaurant is quite new: you can tell from the absence of decorations. We had an eggplant & sweet potato Chaat for entrée, which was very tasty. For main, we had butter chicken with safran rice and naan, which was disappointing: the chicken was very chewy, and the sauce was too watery. However, the owner couple were extremely friendly.

I recently dined at an Indian restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes, and the flavors were outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. I could feel the fine taste and the quality of the spices and meat it is very high🤐 I ate in many countries at Indian restaurants and this one, honestly is Top 1! Delicious food with a beautiful Mountain View, and the friendliest service. Saira and her staff made us feel so welcome! She really goes out of her way to make her guests feel special! You really feel her passion in the food she prepares as well as every other little detail. We were here for our anniversary and the table was set up beautifully and we received some complementary mocktails and a heart shaped cake! A must for any Indian food lover! Veg thali as well as samosa and chaat starters and kulfi dessert were all superb

The food tasted good and the view is great. However, the service was not professional, the prices were quite high and the portions were very small. In short: price/performance is not right in my opinion. A pity.

The food was very tasty and the terrace was beautiful. Unfortunately there were only two of them, one woman in the kitchen and one in service. It took a long time for the food to arrive. Even though we had pre-ordered the food in advance. It also wasn't cleared away for a long time. The tense atmosphere spread to the guests and I couldn't really enjoy the evening. Such a shame, the location would be brilliant.

This was our third time eating at Sairaz and once again it was excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food, freshly prepared and served with great attention to detail. There is a lot of commitment and joy behind it. We look forward to the next visit. Locals in Brunnen and Seewen are highly recommended.

Food prepared with the greatest love and exceptional creativity, I was very pleasantly surprised. At least as good as The Sairaz Indian Fusion in Ingenbohl.

The wonderful food can be enjoyed with the most beautiful panorama

After the renovation, we wanted to be pampered again at Shiraz. On the great terrace on a beautiful summer evening, our anticipation of Indian food was quickly dampened. The staff is so unprofessional and everyone only speaks English. Other guests wanted to leave because they hadn't been served for a long time and the restaurant wasn't full. The staff is not attentive. That evening we were informed that the boss was not there and that there was only the buffet for Fr 55.-. The offer wasn't bad and was tempting, but the quality of the food wasn't what you're used to with Shiraz. Everything was floating in the sauce in the large containers and some of the sauces were flaky. You had to look for shrimps in the sauce and there were no freshly prepared supplies. The naan was also not like usual in Shiraz, thin and weak in taste. For us it was the last time we ate there - a shame. It's also a shame about the beautiful restaurant.

Very good Indian food with the friendliest service ever. :-) Be sure to try one of the different thali, because choosing just one dish would be almost impossible anyway. ;-) We'd love to come back!

Very fine Indian food/buffet. Service is very friendly and accommodating. The ambience with a view over the valley couldn't be better.
