The sample we got when we paid for our loaf was top notch, but when we came back after the hike for pickup someone had taken our bread! So to the egoistic @$$hole, at least go back and pay for it! Who steals from a small local bakery anyway?! We'll be back!

What a delightful hidden gem in the quiet town of Sattel! We come from Schwyz to indulge in Adam’s bread that tastes like it’s made with love (ok, and a bit of flour).Everything tastes amazing and the focaccia is to die for.

Best bread E V E R. Like it's life changing.... Now all bread I eat is compared to Sour Bros and none of it ever comes close. Wish I lived closer to have this every day. 100% recommend.... Especially the foccacia ❤️

Noticed bakery while walking to nearby gondola ride. On return, we stopped in for a nice chat with the baker. Bought a loaf of bread and a few slices to eat on the train. They were excellent.
