Cozy bar; very nice view, nice service. Perfect for a leisurely drink.

The place is small, but the view is beautiful and refreshing They serve nicely. We tried the Margherita pizza, it was delicious

Mr Roberto has an attitude problem, and treats new guests condescendingly. Boastingly introduces himself as the manager, when we ask for someone else’s assistance. Lacks service, respect and welcome. Didn’t even greet us at the door just gave us bad looks. Moved jackets without asking. Overall, just a bad human. Take it easy mate, life is too short for constant PMS. I did end up calling him an a***** for the way he treated us. Roberto took the easy route out to label us drunk, when it was our first venue out after dinner, Tuesday night. We didn’t address any other guests at all. Maybe some training (both physical & hospitality) would do. Dreadful Swiss/Italian hospitality

No welcome, no greetings upon arrival, just sad angry looks that they have more people to serve. Roberto - the self proclaimed manager, has a severe attitude issue that does not represent correct hospitality. The other waiters were trying to help, but Roberto would shut them down. Maybe a training course at SHMS would be helpful for this grumpy man. Good luck!

Great atmosphere at reasonable prices

Great bar with a beautiful view of St. Moritz.

unfortunately very bad service. the waiter who, while ordering drinks, just turned and left without saying a word .. when we asked if he had lactose-free milk or any other milk (almond, soy), we got the answer that it was impossible to make coffee with that milk and that they don't do that ! coffee was served to us without sugar and without a spoon, we asked the waiter for a spoon and sugar, the spoon was thrown on the table! horror! now we were and never again! I don't even want to talk about the waiters not speaking English or German (exclusively Italian)!

Great place at sunset to chill and listen to contemporary music. The Weissbier and white wine were both great!

The gentleman at the bar, perfectly trained, the cocktails are excellently mixed. What really disappointed me was the waitress, the lady was on the terrace at least 7 times during my stay but she didn't come to me once to ask if everything was okay or if I would like to order something else after my glass was obviously empty. I gave it half an hour just to see if anything would happen. It didn't come, even when I went in to pay I wasn't asked for an impression. I thought that was a bit of a shame because it didn't really make you feel welcome.

Completely unprofessional service. The service specialist is arrogant and leaves out inappropriate comments. Has already happened several times! Since only ONE person in the group wasn't allowed to drink or eat (for his reasons), he said "you can't come to a bar and not order anything". Since the whole group ordered something, I don't see the problem. Afterwards he left out the saying “you don’t have to drink anything on a Friday evening.” + at such a high quality hotel. With increased prices compared to the competition, the terrace has no electricity and gas to warm the cabin? I won't let myself go there again.

This is how they greet you. We called for a reservation. The phone picks up and the greeting is "caughing". The person caught into the phone as first greeting. Then we asked to make a reservation please. He answered if we already have a reservation. I mean, how AWFUL is this, the worst service ever. Then we went there, and agIn, worst, most unfriendly service. Lazy, totally unmotivated, unfriendly. Again, awful. I will make sure none of our friends and work colleges will ever go there again.

Great bar in the heart of St. Moritz. On the roof terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of St. Moritz. It's worth visiting this bar, especially in the evening. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the drinks are great, the staff is friendly and attentive and as already mentioned, the view is wonderful!

Cool bar on the roof of the Hotel Monopol. Nice view over St. Moritz. Unfortunately, when the weather is bad, the terrace is almost exclusively occupied by smokers. There is no or very poor ventilation inside. The selection of drinks is OK but not outstanding.

If you go to St Moritz you absolutely must have an aperitif at the Sky bar! Very kind and professional staff. Breath-taking view! Ask for Roberto or Arianna!
