Wish the new concept and the new tenant much success

Anyone who knows it from before will be bitterly disappointed. No more buffet or shop. Homemade cake (not so pretty) and thawed cake, (total 3 to choose from and a few small pieces) not very inviting. Decorations from Christmas, this end of April. The restaurant is very old and has changed ownership several times. It really smells strongly of frying fat. As soon as you enter. (We didn't eat there, it really smelled too strong.) There's always space as there are very few people. (Sunday and rainy weather) Environment unkempt. Service!! Super nice and friendly. I won't go there anymore. Too bad. What do you want? I don't think it will happen anymore.

We've eaten there a number of times. Everything we ate was always sensationally good. Boss and waiter are very friendly. Bravo, keep it up! 😊

I've been to the Tierlihuus a lot since I was a small child and I'm very disappointed with my last visit. It's getting so old. Patio seating area and surrounding area full of weeds, playground has not changed in over 30 years and the equipment looks the same. No longer appropriate and not really safe for children. The tables are also only covered with a placemat. I would have liked tablecloths. In general it's not really nice to sit outside. Things don't look any better inside either. The seats are partially broken and have been glued. Some of the tiles in the toilets are broken and generally not very inviting. A little decoration wouldn't hurt. The staff is sometimes very inattentive. Wrong drink was served and some guests had to mention multiple times that they wanted to pay. I am very disappointed with what has become of it.

Very nice service. We have already tried many menus and are very enthusiastic about the food. Pizzas are excellent, as are delicious fries or meat on the hot stone. We can also highly recommend the ice cream, coups or ice cream.

The food is acceptable for the price - good. (I've eaten better but also much worse.) But as lunch it was completely sufficient with large portions. Very friendly service. What is very disturbing for me is the impression from the outside. There is a kiddy ride in front of the entrance that looks very run down. The playground is getting old and the withered green areas could use a few flowers to make the whole thing look inviting again. In the restaurant tea room itself there is a beautiful dessert counter that is unfortunately not in use. (Maybe it's the time of year). I highly recommend that the tenant couple take the time to decorate the outside of the entire location so that the tea room invites you to linger again.

We were three adults and three children and decided to choose something to eat from the menu. Not a daily menu. Service was very friendly. After a bit of a long wait, we ate very well. Everyone was happy. I'll go there again.

The Tierlihus restaurant is not just a tea room, but a restaurant with a garden restaurant, warm food, a daily changing menu, an alcoholic beverage bar and unfortunately no longer a bakery and pastry shop. The restaurant was very well known and popular with locals and commuters, who have access to a large parking lot behind the building. Wheelchair users can easily access the building from the front and back. Whether the toilet can also be accessed by a wheelchair still needs to be clarified.

Unfortunately I received fries instead of croquettes when ordering. The fries were fried to perfection. Burger Grande is definitely overpriced. Expected a bigger burger for the price. 16.- would be appropriate here (which would still be above comparable prices!) instead of around 24.-! Otherwise the burger tasted very good.

Once and never again. I had a cup of nettle rod. On the plate a scoop of ice cream, a heap of vermicell and a kind of liquid sweet cream on top.

Nice large terrace and also covered, ideal in any weather. A committed family business. Good cuisine, but the ice cream menu is unique with a huge selection.

Picked up cake. The shop looked dark and almost deserted. The cake we bought, we later discovered, was not as good as one would expect given the high price.

Delivery service was poor. The burgers and fries were no longer hot and croquettes were ordered instead of fries. Additionally, the dessert was delivered with cigarette ash.

We happened to stop on our bikes to have a quick salad and charge the e-bike battery. We weren't expecting anything special and were delighted with a fine salad plate, a good price and very friendly, courteous service. Highly recommended for a stopover.

Das Restaurant ist nicht mehr wie es einmal war. Unaufmerksame Bedienung,wusste nicht einmal beim Bezahlen was ich bestellt hatte : eine Ovo,eine Schale oder ein Latte Macchiato? Die Auswahl an Brot und Konditoreiprodukten ist minimal. ,

Wir wahren vor einigen Tagen im Tierhüsli, muss mal gesagt sein das essen (Belegte Brötchen) wahr ungeniesbar. Brot sehr trocken, Sellerie direck aus dem Beutel ohne Sose sauer, Thon gut 2 Tage alt ungeniesbar, einfach ohne Liebe hergestellt.Personal sehr unfreunlich, würde dass nimandem empfehlen wahr ne katastofe.Preisverhältins nich akzeptabel.Da ich auch im Gastgewerbe Arbeite weis ich dass so etwas nicht in ordnung ist.Würde dass nich weiter enfehlen!

What happened to the once “good address”??? This morning at 9.50 a.m. I was at Tierlihus again with a colleague after a long time and was looking forward to a coffee with fresh rolls. But I was totally disappointed from the first minute, when I asked about croissants or other bread rolls, it came from ? Waiter, owner or ??? the answer, I only have Weggli. We then said that we would go to the bakery shop to see what else was on offer. The display was empty, 3-4 loaves of bread, nothing pastries, 2-3 sliced ​​cakes... A sad sight!! I could then understand that there were only 5-6 people in the coffee shop and the garden restaurant. In the past you had to be lucky if you had a place!! The women's toilet was very dingy, there was a brownish dirt and lime deposit in the washbasin!!! That can't and shouldn't be the case, I will NEVER go to this restaurant again and I won't recommend it to anyone. Sorry, but someone is totally overwhelmed with the tour or has no idea about good, well-kept restaurants!!! A landlord should be proud of his locality, but that is not the case here at all!! It used to be a good place for cakes, ice cream and coffee. Unfortunately, you no longer have to go there for this purpose. When you open the door you are immediately greeted by a pungent smell of frying fat or oil. Presumably a result of the realignment following a change of ownership. Stronger ventilation definitely needs to be installed in the kitchen! The new owners seem to have shifted the focus more towards hot food and grilled specialties. I can't judge whether the quality is good, some have praised it very much, maybe the food there is very good now? The two stars refer to the smell of grease and the very slow service at the counter.

Seit der Übernahme ist dieses Restaurant wieder das, was Sie früher war. Ein ruhiges freundliches Ambiente. Der Service ist stark bemüht seinen Namen wieder reinzuwaschen. Man merkt, wie sehr sich die Angestellten Mühe geben. Essen war köstlich. Das dessert war überragend. kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!

Es ist der absolute Hammer wen bei halb lehren Restaurant man über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten must. (wann ich nicht ältere Gäste dabei gehabt hätte, ich währe aus dem Restaurant gegangen) Nach dem das Essen endlich Serviert wurde, kam der nächste Tiefschlag. Schnitzel aus der Fritteuse ,Cordon Blue mit sehr wenig Käse, und eine Pilzschnitte die den Nahmen nicht verdient. Salate mehrheitlich aus der Konserve. Preis/Leistung eine Frechheit!Der Service ist bemüht, das Problem ist in der Küche und dem grossen Angebot.

The bread rolls are very tasty.

Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen. Die Bedienung war stets freundlich und bemüht, jedoch hatte sie keine grosse Ahnung vom Angebot. Obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, mussten wir 50 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Ausserdem kamen die Essen der fünf Personen in Abstand von rund 7 Minuten. Das vegetarisch bestellte Bami Goreng entpuppte sich als Gericht mit Poulet. Die Bedienung entschuldigte sich und nahm das Gericht zurück in die Küche. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten, alle anderen waren mit Essen fertig, kam das vermeindlich neue Gericht. Nach einigen Bissen fand man kleine Pouletstücke im vegetarischen Gericht. Da die Person Vegetarierin ist, liess sie das Gericht stehen und beklagte sich. Die Bedienung entschuldigte sich. Das Gericht wurde von der Rechnung gestrichen. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung aus der Küche, noch meldete sich der Chef oder die Chefin bei uns. Ebenso musste die Person das Lokal hungrig verlassen, da ihr nichts anderes mehr angeboten wurde. Absolutes "NO GO".Wir fühlten uns nicht ernst genommen und für uns ist es ein absolutes Tabu, dass man einer Vegetarierin das Fleisch aus dem Essen fischt und es einem als "vegetarisch" wieder auftischt. Wir werden sicherlich nicht mehr in dieses Restaurant gehen.
