Timeout Bowling in Spiez

We were there to try out the simulators. The first thing the waiter said was that we could only drive one way because we were too bad. Which was okay, we are beginners. However, we were there for fun and wanted to play a second time. The staff said we shouldn't drive any other route because apparently we didn't deserve our real driver's license. Prices are way too expensive. Service is extremely unfriendly. Never again!

We went bowling with you and also tried out the simulator, but at some point the operation really reached its limits. Especially since there was never an explanation, no information about the prices then when we wanted something to drink they chatted rather than taking our order. At some point our mood was in the basement.

We've been there several times and it's always been a good evening! Friendly staff, no long waiting times…all in all, always happy. One of the good restaurants in Spiez :)

A Yugo complained about the prices and was in the smoking room with a minor. I don't think the service was good. The boss pointed this out in a few minutes

Trains were great! However, the prices are outrageous, and a different boss would make the place much better.

We only had to wait 10 minutes for our reserved train and the owner offered us drinks! Very nice service, always enjoy coming here.

The boss harassed me very badly and I felt very uncomfortable. He threatened me that he would get violent. There's no way you're going there.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Timeout Bowling in Thun. The service was unfriendly, to put it mildly. Beware when checking out; the two girls handling the service seemed determined to pad the final bill. In our case, they attempted to add around ~30 Swiss Francs in extra charges, but we caught them red-handed. This kind of dishonesty is inexcusable, and it left a sour taste in our mouths. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with the staff at Timeout Bowling.

Mega mega unfriendly and even lie. They tried to cheat us. We only ordered 7 drinks but we had to pay for 12!!!! We had to argue with the two unfriendly women for half an hour so that they would pay us our money back. Extremely unfriendly!!!!! Never goes there.

I find the atmosphere very pleasant. The team is friendly and you have already taken the rather long route to knock down a pair of pins. Compared to the other bowling alleys I have already played on, I prefer the one in Timeout Spiez. It is the most pleasant to play and the track and the display absolutely serve their purpose. I think it's a very good track in terms of quality. Aside from bowling, the prices for the game and drinks are also very fair. I've played in more expensive places that were of poorer quality. I thought the staff dinner last night was very successful. The meat was well cut, the tables were generously set (chips, sauces) Staff was very friendly, polite and smiling. Our whole table was happy (whole group too) We would like to apologize to you for a person in our group, behaved very unprofessionally. We are ashamed of it... 4 stars for an incompetent "boss"??

Were in timeout last night. Super nice bowling alleys. There are also many other ways to play together, such as pool tables and much more. Even offers to eat. Very pleasant furnishings, colorful, open, large. You feel good. Except for one woman on staff, everyone else seemed unmotivated to me.

Far too few billiard tables and an otherwise ugly shop

Staff very tiring and probably didn't feel like talking to anyone, we were waiting at the stairwell entrance for our reserved train. Suddenly the security guard came, who was arrogant even after greeting us, he demanded and then to leave.

It is a quiet and beautiful place, but it feels warm. We enjoyed going there

We reserved, but had to wait half an hour. Were not enrolled in the system. Have not received any compensation. You don't like something like that.

Friendly and great for children. Not really interesting from a culinary point of view, even small dishes can be fun. As usual, prices are high in Switzerland. It's good that you don't charge for the hour, but for the game. Time is always a punishment for families.

The website says open until 11 p.m. But we were then informed that they are only open until 10 p.m. if the majority of the trains are not occupied... Staff (female part) apparently understand German poorly, are unmotivated and our reservation was not registered... Bowling alleys are good, cozy atmosphere. The only unpleasant thing are the two conditions that prefer to chat rather than serve you and also seem very unmotivated.

Very nice restaurant, great decor. Unfortunately it closed much earlier due to a lack of guests. Didn't have the chance to use everything.

The bowling and billiards center is excellent, located in the mall, and opens late. I recommend it

Extremely unfriendly and argumentative staff. We have experienced it ourselves and have heard it from many friends. The manager of the restaurant became verbally abusive over a small matter. I was actually afraid that he would freak out in a short time! I'll never go there again!

Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff is comparable to operating an aggressive, French robot with language difficulties and programming errors in the simplest tasks.

The bowling alley is very good, it also has table football, darts and a screen to play golf. Normal prices. The restaurant also has a smoker and a bar. You can park in the large, paid parking garage in the same building. Unfortunately the service here at the bar always leaves something to be desired... Otherwise it's a great place.

Nice place to spend some times with friends. They have billiard, indoor golf and bowling. Lot of fun and not overpriced. If you want to do bowling on weekends, make sure you call first so they have a lane for you. The staff is also helpful even on busy times.

The treatment of the staff is not worthy of any customer. Unmannered and ungrateful staff who don't have a friendly attitude. The money is better off anywhere else. Once and never again!

When the kindnesses were forgiven by God, this staff including the boss was in the toilet or something. You are treated here as if you were NOTHING! Catastrophic. I'm really disappointed! Dear people, please spend the money elsewhere!!! It is worth it! NEVER AGAIN.

The employees were unmotivated. Her job was to sit around and have a coffee party. There was no music while bowling and people looked at you stupidly. The place itself would be great and I've experienced it differently. A pity!

Unfortunately, the employee (boss?) who was on site on Tuesday evening was not friendly. If we were a little more interested in the job, we (9 people) would have ordered a second round of drinks or even 3. When it came to handing out shoes, the message was “tell me your shoe size and it will soon be the end of the day.” It's a shame, because the bowling there would have been good.

Just suddenly decide to stop playing music and stop buying drinks!! - because there aren't enough people there🤷- We were able to finish the round, but were no longer allowed to see the results.. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there but that didn't make her any friendlier either.. on the contrary! We were literally thrown out more than an hour before closing time and were threatened with being banned from the store!! 🙅 Spend your money elsewhere 😉

The service is very unfriendly. If you are a Stucard holder, remember to mention this before the game starts. Otherwise it would be too much effort for the staff to account for this later, even though you haven't paid yet. You could also read the Stucard regulations, they might be helpful. You will be asked about it. The visit to the timeout was our worst one night stand. Never again.
