The range is large and clear, the showroom is also modern, flooded with light and has its own small coffee corner. The bikes are configured on a huge screen and all accessories can be viewed. As a technology-savvy person, I came across the new Pinion MGU and will almost certainly buy such an e-bike. Very competent advisor. Read and knew my email information. Was able to respond well to my special wishes (I've been riding an e-bike for 10 years. Tested 3 bikes and was amazed at how much better they are now. (Unfortunately, test rides were slightly limited due to the very high volume of bike traffic). I'll decide soon whether I should I'm changing this year or next. I can absolutely recommend the test date. My current TDS has 34,000 km on it... good quality!

It wasn't that easy but in the end I got the parts list for my free spirit. A request for touch-up paint was answered immediately and after less than a week the paint arrived free of charge in a practical brush bottle.

I bought my bike new in May 2021. It now has 280km. After 260km the gearshift was defective. Cable was broken. Now she is def again. After a month. It can't be that inferior products are offered and you buy a bike for 6500.00 and only have problems like this. I can only advise against buying a Tour de Suisse with an envolo (hub gear). Problems are well known. You are not informed, etc. The bike was at a Tour de Suisse sales partner for repairs. Just that I mentioned it. Sh.......Quality real. I was also not informed about the recall. Although I ordered the bike directly from Tour de Suisse. Absolutely unacceptable customer service!

Thanks to the configuration ID, Ms. H. was very well prepared, her advice was perfect and all of our questions were answered. Of course, we also looked at other e-bikes and came back to the TdS bikes we wanted because the overall package was right and what was crucial was that we immediately felt at home on the bike during the test ride. My hubby made a test ride with 2 of their bikes I don't know exactly which one it was but I know it was the orange color and a black one I think 🤔 and he was so satisfied and later he will buy one of these bikes from Tour de Suisse . thanks keep it up. Even though I had a long journey, the visit was more than worth it. They were prepared for my visit and were able to respond to my wishes and ideas accordingly. The advice was very good with valuable tips; The test rides with the bikes were ultimately the decisive factor in purchasing a bike. Great system if you can put together your bike tailor-made. Ordered at the beginning of 2021 with a delivery time of approx. 6 to 9 months. Now it's been 1.5 years and the two bikes we ordered still haven't arrived. Parts are still missing. It can't be the case that a lot of bikes are being delivered and ours are missing parts. We are constantly being put off. In the end we get a bike that doesn't even correspond to the current state of the art. We were really looking forward to new bikes, but at the moment it's just frustration... Answer: I already had contact with you in the spring. They have the documents, bike racks, etc. We still don't have the bikes.
