I have never had such a good cheese slice and can only praise it highly. The second highlight was the plum strudel. It's worth a visit.

At the beginning I thought after such a long snowshoe hike... what kind of food should we have? We had a set menu and it was just cooked to perfection. Very nice owners... Quality comparable to Moosalp.

First parked in Jeizinen, saddled up the e-bikes and drove up a slightly damaged tar road. The view up here is wonderful. The staff was very friendly and even though the waiter only spoke French, we were able to have a humorous conversation using sign language. The food was surprisingly local and delicious. Everything was spotless!

Great meat, fried pink on an open grill in the fresh Alpine air with spicy chimichurri sauce. A friendly, young host couple rounds off the excellent impression. Highly recommended.

Idyllic location, breathtaking view and pleasant (French-speaking) service. During the week, there are few people in this ski resort. It’s a chance to recharge your batteries there. Polenta with cheese, mixed salad and chocolate waffle highly recommended. The restaurant has recently been renovated with great taste.

Newly remodeled, very clean. Spacious terrace with plenty of seating and charging station for e-bikes. Friendly and courteous staff. Very child friendly. Small but fine menu with local and seasonal dishes. The dishes are prepared with a lot of skill and attention to detail. The taste is also excellent and there is nothing to complain about. Very tasty bread. Homemade juices, iced tea,... Small wine list. In terms of language, the staff is also quite international. Highly recommended, a real experience after a hike. We will be back.

What a wonderful culinary surprise we were able to enjoy today at Trächu Hittu. From the charming service, to the homemade crusty bread, the delicious salad and the lovingly and wonderfully finely prepared main courses to the coffee with biscuit! Just wow!

What a discovery! The chef Lucia spoiled us with her passionate cooking. Local/regional is the motto when selecting products: herbs and flowers from the alpine meadow, milk from the dairy next door, vegetables from the Rhone Valley, etc. Simply fantastic and delicious! A trip to Trächu Hittu is highly recommended. We will be back!

Wow, stopped by the beautiful hut today after a lovely hike. Seldom seen such fine food. Despite there being a relatively large number of people, the young operating staff had a great overview of what was being served. We would definitely like to come back again…

After a successful renovation and a new team, four young people with passion, commitment and great culinary skills on board the now new Trächu Hittu. The star chefs and their team impress with their friendly staff and ingenious and tasty food. The newly furnished terrace invites you to have an aperitif. The beautifully designed room lets you forget time while enjoying a “KaffeeTrächu”. We will definitely become regulars.
