Tràmudu Pizza in St. Gallen

Super fine pizza and very nice operators. We can recommend everyone to try the great pizza.

My work colleagues and I stand on the mat at the food truck in St. Gallen Neudorf every Thursday to enjoy Manu's brilliant pizza. :-) Bianca and him are so kind and a great team. Keep it up. Forza! :-D

Ok, so I reviewed a few pizza places in St. Gallen here on google and with this one I can unashamedly say, that its simply the best pizza one can get in this town. Much harder is how to get it, currently it can only be found Thursdays for lunch at the rather remote Schuppistrasse 7. Should you travel that far out of town for a simple Margherita Pizza? In this case the answer is an enthusiastic and resounding YES, yes you should cancel all your appointments for next Thursday immediately and seek out Tràmudu! The base of the pizza is beautifully risen and baked to a charred crisp on the outside whilst remaining pillowy soft on the inside. Its the kind of pizza that does not weigh you down, so ideal for lunch, and where you can easily order a second one if you are really hungry. I always go for the Margherita, it is perfect, no toppings are needed to improve the experience. However, should you want more I highly recommend the spicy Salami, which is sliced waverly thin and due to the short baking time in the wood-fired oven does not leave you with the grease-fest other salami pizzas often turn into. Let me conclude; This is pizza at its best, get it while its hot. Its worth a trip and worth a wait.

Whenever we are in our caravan in Alt St. Johann, we go and get pizza from Emanule and Bianca. Super fine pizza!!

Walking through the streets of San Gallo I was attracted by a fantastic perfume, coming from the Tramudu truck, I couldn't resist and I immediately ordered a truly delicious one 🍕 🍕 not to mention the very kind and friendly staff...everything 🔝🔝🔝

First-class, truly Italian pizza!

Absolutely recommended, top pizza and very friendly, were in the parking lot in the ski area with the camper and they brought the pizza directly to the camper. Again any time!

Arrive in internal Switzerland and be able to taste a pizza worthy of the best Neapolitan pizza chefs. Excellent value for money and very interesting catering service. I would return to San Gallo more often just to eat pizza ✌️
