It was great, we had the fettuccine with Alba truffle and the saddle of venison with pumpkin cream and black truffle. Truffles were not in short supply. However, the truffles were not grated onto the plate when served, but rather they were brought to the table with the truffles on top. If the truffles have no flavor, I ask myself, were they really truffles? If I spend 300 for two people, I expect this proof and don't give the guest the feeling that they helped with truffle oil. I cannot make any recommendations. Addendum: if everything is so clear to you as the host, then grate the truffle right from the start when serving! I'm used to restaurants in this price range presenting the truffles before they go on the food. A small effort that is rewarded with a positive reaction from the guest!

Meine Freunde und ich mögen frischen Fisch, deshalb haben wir für den heutigen Abend ein Fischmenu bestellt.Als Vorspeise gab es einen hausgebeizten Kingfisch, dann als Zwischengang die Dinkel Linguine mit Seeteufel und als Hauptgang das Filet vom roten Thunfisch.Wir haben jeden Gang sehr genossen.
