The only way I can describe this hotel is that it simply sucks. If there were negative stars I would give them happily. Despite the fact that the hotel is quite modern with decent amenities in the room, the restaurant has been under construction and remodeling for a long while and there is no staff to even support cleaning the rooms, clean towels etc. etc, etc. Despite its modern facilities, it does not have any way of cooling the rooms and the temps were in the high 20s and even 30s. What was most disappointing was the lack of enthusiasm on behalf of the limited staff that is left to make guests comfortable. They are simply past the point of caring. I cannot blame them and put it solely on the shoulder of the management. My two cents, close the bloody place down, get your act together or find another buyer who knows how to manage hospitality. Having traveled to Switzerland many times before it was certainly way below the renowned Swiss hospitality.

Wegen Covid noch reduzierte Karte, kleiner Salat (kann man selber zusammenstellen) sehr grosszügig, als Hauptspeise die Trauben Rösti (Rösti mit Kalbschügeli) ebenfalls sehr fein. Dessert mit einem Coupe Trauben, ein Traum. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
