Unfortunately I have to agree with Rocco Superstar. We were also very disappointed with the service. A middle-aged lady with long dark hair served us today. Our two children were allowed to choose something sweet and our son touched the glass of the display case with his finger while choosing (as children do). The ladies then pointed out to us at 2:30 p.m. (note: the shop is open until 5:00 p.m.) that the window had just been cleaned and that our son should not touch it. It is of course legitimate to make such a statement - but it always depends on the 'how'. An annoyed eye roll, which makes you realize that the lady doesn't seem to be able to do much with children, doesn't give the customer a good feeling. But we will come back because it was really delicious! We'll also be happy to clean the window before leaving the store or put our 4-year-old on a leash next time. ;-)
