Although this restaurant is a part of a chain, you don't feel that it is simple or automatically prepared food. You get a good experience of Mexican style food, and the prices are reasonable compared to the high Swiss level. The place is very intimite. When we arrived, we were the only persons there, and when we left, nearly all 12 or 14 tables were occupied.

We were spontaneous and a little late with dinner. We received a friendly welcome, the service was very friendly, the food came quickly, was lovingly prepared and delicious. Margaritas are also very tasty, it's definitely worth taking a carafe 😉

Had made a reservation for 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately, despite our reservation, we were still standing around at 8:25 p.m. Meanwhile we ordered a drink while we waited but there wasn't a free table in sight. Despite apologizing, you can't accept this as a guest if you have a reservation... Bad and unfriendly! Finally left.

We were there at lunchtime - waited an hour and a half for the food. Absolutely incomprehensible! When asked when it would happen, the only answer was: we just have a group here. Then say that at the beginning, then you can decide. What a shame! Unfortunately, all the other guests (except the group) felt the same way.

The punctuality was the only thing that was good, with the burgers you also pay for sauce which isn't really available, the fact that you HAVE to order a drink is a mess if you also get the wrong one. The burrito wasn't any better, the guacamole was quite tasteless, most likely a finished product and the sour cream wasn't available and the onion rings I ordered 3 times were all in one package and the best thing about the whole meal. We ordered food for the entire family there yesterday for my husband's birthday. Unfortunately it didn't taste good to us or our family. Which was very embarrassing and disappointing for us, just for the money we paid for it. Definitely not a recommendation from our side. Unfortunately there were no parking spaces available.

First of all, we received a super friendly welcome. There was nothing going on because we were there at 6:30 on Tuesday evening. An hour later, however, the store was packed. The waiter is really great! Extremely friendly and very attentive. But the food... it's amazing! We had an appetizer platter for two, enchiladas and fajitas. Plus a coconut magarita and one with passion fruit. Everything was super super tasty. Of course, as a German you are surprised at the prices, which the Swiss just smile wearily at. But even that is definitely worth it. The restaurant can't do anything about the current ambience outside - there is a construction site opposite.

Food good though. BUT: My friend and I ordered two (large) menus and a starter for CHF 100. My friend's daughter was also there as a third guest. We didn't order a separate menu for my friend's daughter because the two of us had already ordered a lot. The waiter then informed us that the restaurant would charge an additional CHF 1.50 per year of age for a guest who did not order their own menu but did eat. Our opinion: We are anything but penny pinchers - but such a policy can remain stolen from us. Dear operators, don't just hide behind your group policy. She didn't know. 5 minutes later she came back and said it was Swiss chicken. And all the guests like it. I said it's really not good and the quality is really bad. She said that's your problem. I think at these prices you should expect good quality meat in this restaurant. It's a shame, we won't be coming anymore. It used to be a good restaurant.
