Excellent breakfast and service

Small message suggesting improvements for the catering service: I ordered a surprise bread and verrines. Surprise salmon - cheese bread: hard pieces of salmon, which suggest the worst part of a slice of salmon and creamy Boursin type cheese with a strong smell. A thin slice of Gruyère would have been more appreciated. Verrines: poor proportion of ingredients which makes the whole thing disgusting: the creamy part is far too much compared to the rest (tapenade-goat cream, crozet-reblochon). Vegetables - quinoa: undercooked quinoa and vegetables that are too acidic and full of water. Too bad because the combinations of each glass were super original! However, I love the bread and pastries from this bakery and the service is always very pleasant.

Hello, stressed sales side man, speaking and swallowing half of his words, while there are few people waiting, dispatching people to the chairs as soon as the customer's last word is spoken. Inside often long waits, because few staff or poorly organized staff. Noisy terrace given the location, but the customers know that. However, the floor of this terrace has probably never been cleaned, filthy, unfriendly. Obvious lack of care and cleanliness. I will not come back.

Pleasant welcome and very good food. The salads are plentiful. The waiting time is a little long. I recommend this address and I will come back.

On vacation in Geneva we came across this bakery restaurant by chance, so we stopped for breakfast on Wednesday morning. Very friendly and smiling waitress despite the fact that she is the only one running around in the middle of all her customers. The croissants are fabulous. She still finds the time to explain to us that they have a restaurant at lunchtime. After a morning's visit we returned to discover the restaurant. A young man took care of us, very smiling and friendly, the manager told us the waitress. Very good salad and well served. Great discovery. The only negative point, the interior is not air-conditioned 🥵 it was even hotter than outside (35°). Really unfortunate for the customers not to be able to eat in the fresh air. I imagine it's also not easy for the staff. Without that the rating would have been 5 stars.

Excellent breakfast: very cheap and delicious. We ate inside but you can also eat outside. There are a few 《daily menus》 for breakfast. So far we haven't had lunch or dinner but the menu looks good.

Honestly not good. Noodles that are too sweet and too spicy. An uninteresting Asian salad. Sitting next to the front door which slams and makes everything shake every time someone passes. The waitress, on the other hand, was very friendly, that's something.

unacceptable I have been there for 10 minutes I signaled twice to the waiter no response 2 lady arrives and sits down and 30 seconds later a waiter comes to meet them I admit I got a little angry but the waiter told me replied extremely dryly and aggressively and told me that he would be of use to me after them, as a result I left, forgetting a pillow, I will not come back to get it and I will never set foot here again. I also think that I will go to the police, it's unacceptable for a waiter to speak to me like this even though I come from time to time and often leave tips

The sandwich served at the table still wrapped in plastic wrap, bland and of a “gummy” consistency, watery latte and without any coffee taste. What a shame to lack so much goodwill when you have such a good location!

We came for lunch because located right opposite the HUG, a great discovery, the suggestion of the week was very good and plentiful. Young and dynamic team, the manager is very friendly. We will come back

Great discovery, we came to eat with friends and we loved the quality of the daily specials, a gentleman sold us the suggestion of the day so well that we let ourselves be tempted. The staff is very pleasant and attentive and we will come back with great pleasure, keep it up and don't change anything.

Take this comment with humor because the place is good. Very good salad, friendly coffee and decent staff, but 0 for the customers. Between the Rom who harasses the customers and gives the waiter a hard time and the British expat who lets us enjoy his zoom meeting at full volume on the speakers, it is the customers who should be noted and not the reverse !

TooGoodToGo lover and having already been more than satisfied with my previous baskets from Très Alp'ain Champel, I am ordering a new basket today. The welcome is cold, the basket absolutely not equivalent to the price announced on the app: 2 tartlets (apple and pear) and a loaf of bread does not cost 18 CHF in my opinion. I thought the saleswoman was going to offer me something else, but I see that she is insistently handing me her products. I don't ask myself any more questions and return with a basket that indeed surprised me, but not in the good sense of the word. But I would like to point out that the last time it was amazing! I don't know what happened this time. It's a shame, now I'm not sure I want to order here. Good Sunday

Despite the good reputation of your establishment, the service on the terrace is really bad, the behavior of the waitresses is strange, plus they never give a receipt on the terrace and if you ask them for the receipt before paying, she gets angry. Changing waitresses is recommended to preserve the reputation of your restaurant.

A first for me in this bakery restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the smiling service which is becoming rare these days.. I was also surprised by the quality of the dish of the day, we immediately feel that these are fresh and very well cooked products (congratulations to the chef) I'll be back !

Long live frozen! And superb terrace which serves as their delivery area.... Allows people to drink hidden coffee, in the exhaust fumes and for passers-by to be run over by buses.... Great class!
