Best kebab in the region, by far!!

I ordered takeaway twice before. A number came out of the machine, but there is no ticket overview. Had to wait outside for my call. Doner kebab was OK, but not enough sauce. 14.- base price is a bit exorbitant. On the second order I received something different (doner kebab bag, carrots were missing, there was chili on it, inedible). This proves the poor organization, which downgrades the good quality of the products.

I took a kebab to take away. It was very nice but way too expensive... The service was rather unfriendly and casual. There are much better and cheaper ones in the area.

The kebab was good but overpriced for what you get. They also sell drinks that Ayverdis has in its range. The staff was unfriendly. I ordered a kebab and they forgot to put the corn in it. I called the service person and she simply opened the kebab with her hands without washing them first... If you want to eat a small kebab with burger bread for 15.- then I can recommend it

I've been there dozens of times and except for once, the taste was always good and the order was correct every time. The prices are perhaps just a little too high.

Dürüm 10 out of 10, price higher than usual, but I'm willing to pay for this quality.

I have no idea where the reviews come from and I've eaten practically everywhere. By far the most overpriced and worst kebab and chicken pepito. 14 Fr. for 2 pieces of halved chicken just on top and the rest at the bottom is vegetarian. The bread was rock hard and everything fell out and broke off. For half the price, a chicken sandwich from Migros would have done the trick. Absolutely not recommended. I'm sorry.

The fries are outrageously expensive at CHF 8, and are often stuffed into the kebab if you don't say anything. Otherwise, solid and modern kebab shop with 2 digital ordering stations and fast service. I will gladly come again.

It's the best Kebab I ever ate. The restaurant is good and there is a huge variety of food and drinks. The service is fast but a little bit chaotic. The order must to be by tablet so you receive a number. The waitresses search table by table to whom belong the order.

Update: from 3 to 5 stars Having been to Tschagli several times now, I have to say a lot has happened and improved a lot. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food tastes very good and the latte macchiatto is also delicious. You have my recommendation 😁 Maybe something else about the people who say it's expensive, yes it's not exactly cheap, but the rental prices in Spitzacker are very high, that's something you should keep in mind.

Nice kebab shop. However, a bit expensive... Kebab was ok, but not the best I've ever eaten. Value for money a little too much on the price side.

The restaurant is clean and has tables for dining both inside and outside. You can order directly at the counter or at two self-service checkouts. The prices are rather high, but the quality is usually good. However, I think charging an extra 5.- for a little more meat is definitely too much! 3.- are more in proportion to this.

I cannot recommend Dürum in flatbread. Price-performance is not right. Meat too fatty/juicy, no taste, very little salad.

Never had a better Dürüm than at Tschaglis... with morzarella and fries, the Dürüm was just sickly big and tasted too fine, but their kebab boxes are also awesome, the price just gives you a bit of a headache... but really wow . The staff are also really friendly, they really like to come and eat with you every now and then :)))

Quite ok, nice and clean and nice staff. What I don't understand is where is the fresh kebab on the skewer... I've been there many times but never see a kebab freshly grilled. When is the meat fried? How fresh is it? Thanks

Fast processing, good food, moderate prices, in short, recommended

Quality is very inconsistent, sometimes you get a normal kebab and other times you get one without sauce or one that drips liquid, which I was then able to throw away because it's disgusting and the prices are too high and the service is not customer friendly, I I once wanted a kebab box without salad, so they gave me a box about 4cm high and a quarter portion of fries, for over 10.-

Today I was at Tschaglis again after a long time, outside of peak times. The payment system, which is new to me, makes the whole thing a little more impersonal. But that's how it is these days. But the service was very friendly. The classic kebab is still sensational. Very good seasoning with a slight spiciness. I don't accept criticism from other writers because it's muddy. Juicy and just the way I like it. Every kebab shop has its own recipes. I don't live nearby anymore, but I'll definitely come back.

Kebab was good but nothing special. Since everything is cut very finely (meat & vegetables), there is no crunch and everything becomes relatively mushy in combination with the sauce. It's probably a matter of taste. The staff behind the counter were friendly. I was a bit surprised at the cashier. I was only there in a thin sweater because I quickly walked from the parking lot to the restaurant even though it was extremely cold outside. After paying, she seriously wanted to send me outside to wait for the kebab in the cold, even though the restaurant was 3/4 empty! I then looked at her irritated and she probably realized that this was a strange request. Update: Thank you for your kind reply and accommodating. I appreciate that. I'd be happy to come back when I get the chance and get in touch. :)

Today I was at tschaglis for the first time. One of the best kebabs I've eaten so far. Very nice concept! Really great! very good meat and sauce is awesome. Clean, friendly and well organized!! Kebab with egg and cheese super

Unfortunately we both have it on December 24th. not tolerated with corresponding complaints, which I don't want to go into further here.

The best kebab I've had. You have to try it. It costs a fortune but is worth it.

At the beginning I often ate at Tschaglis because the staff was very nice and friendly and they made an effort to make the kebab. In the meantime, the kebab doesn't taste good, no matter how you feel in there. As long as you are not a regular guest, you are “just” a customer who is handed over your kebab and can leave. Most of the staff are quite unfriendly and the kebab doesn't taste like it used to. I find it very unfortunate. I would like to see the hospitable nature from the beginning, when Cagli himself was there as always and offered coffee, people sometimes talked and everything was just good! PS: About your comment. That was my first review of your restaurant, deal with the fact that there is criticism in this world and let someone do the Google stuff for you... that's really sad with such an arrogant way of responding to criticism.

Clean take away, with fine food. :-) However, I don't think it's particularly great that you pay an additional 20Rp for additional corn and carrots, even though I always leave out the tomatoes and lettuce. Update: MON on 10/24/22 at 4:33 p.m I ordered a Dürüm and paid 1.- extra for olives in it. I took the Dürüm to go. When I got home I discovered that there were no olives in it. I contacted you via Instagram about this incident. Maybe you can write me back there. Unfortunately, I have already ordered extra meat and left out vegetables such as tomatoes and lettuce and instead used corn and carrots. They then saved on the meat on the grounds that I shouldn't have chosen additional corn and carrots if I chose XL.. They could have simply put in less of the vegetables instead of saving on the most expensive ones.. 😒 I don't think that's correct, That's why I don't come as often anymore...

Great kebab, good selection, value for money too! Service nice. The kebab is prepared quickly. It's big and filling. Even though there are a lot of people, you can't tell from the employees! Will be back soon to try more.

Very rude and arrogant staff. Completely overpriced food and not fine at all. No more! The comment confirms the character of the owner. We haven't been there in the last two weeks, it's been a while. As an owner, you should listen to criticism in order to be able to improve something. With such an arrogant attitude, one can only hope that the store stays closed forever or the owner changes.

Prices are very high and the amounts of meat in the kebab vary. Yesterday, for example, there was very little meat in the sandwich. For 11.- I find it very weak to be so stingy with the meat. Edit May 10, 2022: Changed my mind You have improved. I was with you a few times again and was thrilled!

One of the best kebabs in the area! Very, very good and slightly crispy flatbread. Pocket bread also fresh and homemade! Good parking options nearby.

Unfortunately only one star because I have ordered there many times and have often been given the wrong order. After orders were mixed up and I had to bring the food back, I was given an old cold kebab with the comment "I have to be careful what I take with me", even though the food was brought to me by the staff themselves!!!! No thanks!!!

It's not for nothing that this kebab shop is considered one of the best in Switzerland, I haven't had a better flatbread in any kebab shop in Switzerland, the flatbread is made by a baker himself and is super crispy. I recommend trying the kebab with cheese. The staff was ultra friendly and it is very clean and well maintained, very suitable for families.

Friendly and clean. When will the tables turn? The kebab is really good. If only I could get the meat fresh from the grill. How do you actually do that? I would give you 5 stars immediately if the kebab turned visibly and the meat was freshly cut for a kebab pocket.

Tschaglis is my go-to kebab snack bar. The flatbread and the meat are very tasty, the kebab is generously filled. What's particularly great: the children's kebab with the extremely well-seasoned fries! Our seven-year-old has no chance of eating a normal kebab, so this size is perfect - no food waste!
