Misused email address for aggressive advertising (I have already received 2 advertising emails 10 days after ordering).

Was there today at a quarter to 12. Didn't know it was closed from half past 12. When I left again, five workers had just come out. I then asked nicely if I could get coffee quickly. I should come back at 1am. One of the employees then asked in such a negative, exaggerated way, "What did he want?" That's certainly fine, I could have found out more beforehand. But it still annoys me extremely and there is a different way to be friendly.

We tested the 'Mocha' and were thrilled. Best purchase recommendation!

Top coffee quality at a reasonable price. The specials in particular are a must to try. If you like it dark you should definitely try the Man's Special. Always comes freshly roasted.

I bought an India Monsooned Malabar and was very interested to taste the spicy smells of the light to medium roast as a filter. When I opened it, the beans were very, very dark - Italian espresso beans dark. This wasn't what it was written on the package and that's why I was disappointed. I wonder if this was simply a poorly roasted batch but then again it shouldn't be sold as a light or medium roast.

I would love to come buy coffee here. Great selection and good roasts.

We have the connoisseurs of tower coffee and we are very satisfied. Buy it again and again. We ordered the Kalpseln from our friends to go with the Nespresso machine. Unfortunately the result was very, very mediocre. The machine was freshly descaled and degreased. Luckily, our friends had already had the tower coffee with us and knew that it was actually meant as a nice gesture.

The service is also always courteous. I keep coming back genre.

Moka coffee is simply the best coffee, regardless of whether it is fully automatic or a portafilter. Questions are answered in a very friendly and helpful manner. Top!

We always get our coffee directly from the factory store. The espresso is the right mixture for us and our Carola from QuickMill brews the best espresso in Eastern Switzerland. There are also other mixtures to choose from...It's best to just drop by and get advice.

“The best coffee in Switzerland” - perhaps. But definitely not the best customer service in the online shop. Delivery times of over a week and promises not kept after a call are simply no longer acceptable these days, I'm sorry. Therefore only 1 star from me.
