The food is always good as is the service

I have never eaten at this restaurant, but I would still like to give my opinion. My wife called to find out if they were open for Easter, in which case we would make a reservation for 16 people and test the food on that occasion. The person on the phone told us he was driving and couldn't speak and would call us back, which unfortunately never happened. That says a lot about...... It's a shame, apparently they don't need it.

We had beef tartare, bruschetta for starters and pizza parma, provencale for the main course. The food was to our complete satisfaction. Our service was attentive and friendly.

Endless waiting more than an hour and a quarter to get a cordon bleu which in the end is below everything... I strongly advise against this restaurant or the service the kitchen and the staff are really not good... to avoid

Endless waiting for pastas with an unspecified taste.. At the beginning of the service, the plate I ordered (mentionned as the "dishe of the day") was already unavailable whereas it was just noon o'clock. No body in the restaurant when we arrived and no body when we left : we where the first arrived and the last served. I don't recommand this restaurant.

Time to get our food was about an hour for cordon bleu.... Ans it was bad

During the week for lunch… Pizza was very tasty. Service was very good and the pizza, after the starter, was on the table at the right time. We recommend!

No greeting, just the question from the lady: Alone? Yes alone. Placed me. Then nothing more for 10 minutes. Then I got up and left. Wanted something for lunch but decency is the minimum!

The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Friday evening, but unfortunately, we ended up waiting an entire hour for our appetizers. The waitstaff appeared overwhelmed and were not very courteous. While the quality of the meat was excellent, the food's temperature left much to be desired. Our orders were mixed up, and we were almost charged for a main dish we didn't order.

Service disaster, long waiting times.

Pizzas are very nice. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for the pizza and the youngest in our group was the last to get his pizza, which is just not right... The service seems completely overwhelmed and is extremely rude - catastrophic.

I liked this place already when I walked in. It was bright, spacious, and welcoming. I like the lights and layout of the restaurant. The waitress was also very nice and our food came out quite quickly. I ordered the FILETTO DI LUCIOPERCA "FITNESS", my husband ordered the FILETTO DI MANZO, and my son a pepperoni pizza. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. My husbands filet was very tender and tasty. My fish was also cooked perfectly and tasted amazing with the sauce on the side. My son and husband enjoyed the pizza very much as well and said the crust was the best. I highly recommend this place for the food, atmosphere, and service. I also love how there is a little kids area, perfect for our son. 5/5 experience.

Unfortunately disappointed! 2 couples on Friday evening. Unmotivated staff, the bruschetta with mushrooms was served with canned mushrooms and charred bread. The mineral water was placed on the table unopened. The wine we ordered at the beginning was left unopened and not presented at the neighboring table, even though we had space. It was only uncorked after a personal request from us at the front counter, shortly before the main course was served. Then it was the wrong one and twice as expensive. When we finished eating at 10 p.m., we were told that there was no dessert anymore, only ice cream. The food was ok. Once and never again.

Tutto Bene - it was once the best Italian in the region, today it's just disappointing. It was with this certain expectation and anticipation that we invited guests to this restaurant last night. Unfortunately, however, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. The mineral water bottle was simply left unopened on the table and not poured. The bottle of wine we ordered was placed on the neighboring table, only opened at our request and offered to be tasted. The ketchup we ordered with our meal was forgotten, so we were allowed to pick it up ourselves. After the main course, just before 10 p.m., we were no longer able to order dessert. This was justified by the kitchen closure. For these reasons we lacked the usual hospitality. Starter bruschetta wasn't great, made with canned mushrooms. The rest of the food was ok, but unfortunately not as tasty as I used to know it. Overall, we are very disappointed with our visit. We will not visit this restaurant again and will not recommend it.

The opinion: guest is king - far wrong! Inadequate service, lack of interest, lack of hospitality and definitely not suitable for larger groups! Not recommended!

Very cozy atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. The food was very tasty and beautifully prepared from A to Z. Hugo (apéro 🥂) homemade. The house dressing on the salad 🥗 tastes perfect. The pizza 🍕 with a nice thin base and crispy edge. Desserts also prepared with love with homemade ice cream 🍧 Highly recommended!

I liked the food. Service was stressed because it was obviously busy, but the guests were the last to notice... Ambience...depends on where you sit, but even now in winter I didn't find it breathtaking but okay. ;) Overall good...

very nice friendly service, fine food, but... we ordered the house wine, 5 dl red wine. We were very surprised that 5 dl of house wine would cost us CHF 38.00. In my opinion it doesn't work at all. We then changed our mind to the cheaper Merlot. In my opinion, offering a house wine in this price range is a no go. The waiter took the expensive “house wine” back without any problem. Big praise to him

The attentive service looked after us wonderfully and always ensured a great atmosphere with its relaxed manner. We ate: starter salad with house dressing / hot stone with various sauces and fresh vegetables + cream slices with ice cream. The chef personally asked about the food at the table. Conclusion: Everything freshly prepared, brilliant price/performance ratio in a familiar Italian environment. You will definitely see me again soon :-P

We ate very well, the service was courteous and present. The menu, as well as the wine list, ranges from cheap to upscale. By that I mean you can choose from a simple pizza to a 3-4 course menu. The same with wine from cheap up to 2-4 hundred. A positive experience for us.
