Umamido Confédération in Genève

Fabulous broths. It feels like we're in Japan. I adore.

I, who swear by umamido, was totally disappointed with the Confederation Center one. The ramen really wasn't good and the chicken was "raw". I agree with the other comments that I should have trusted.

Friendly and helpful team. Fast service. Very good ramen.

I recommend the Chicken Donburi. Impeccable food and staff!

Really disappointing ramen. Wish i had checked the reviews first and saved my money. Tasted just like a bland instant noodles. Avoid.

Accustomed to the franchise, very disappointed by Umamido confederation center. Clearly not up to par with the other restaurants in the group. Half hot ramen.. No chopstick, no spoon (for ramen!) and no protection. Had to ask for my drink. Frankly disappointed.

Tasted extremely authentic. I guarantee anyone else who says it does not taste "real" simply hasn't been to Japan lol. However portions were very small given the steep price, worth a try

Very disapointed with Ramen portions and taste. Not even near to real ramen taste. 3 small pieces of untasty chicken for 21 francs. Do not recomend at all.

A big thank you to the whole team but in particular to Geoffrey for his great service and above all for having made us so loyal. My children are always delighted to go back and so are we. The dishes are delicious.

A desaster !!! The halls are already quite impersonal but when you go to take your order, an unsmiling young woman with a blasé look responds in monosyllables. Except for asking if I wanted miso soup with the chef's specialty which was 3 thin, sad slices of tasteless and unappetizing pork and extra spinach, as bland as the broth. Imbalance between the amount of broth and vegetables/meats. Nothing was seasoned. The mushrooms were not good. The noodles didn't add anything even though they are the ones that bring flavor by mixing them with the rest. And the eggs!!!! Very poorly cut, absolutely not appetizing. They were served as in the first photo. Everything was sad and tasteless. I had a pork bao with kimchi too, the same, no real taste apart from the kimchi, fortunately because a non-spicy kimchi would not have made any sense. Unfortunately, the bao bread and the rest, meh. I couldn't finish. It was too bad, without personality, without soul. Even the cold tea was not good, it tasted strange. There were few drinks and a choice of two cold teas. Negative experience from start to finish. For the human, I can still understand that it is a day without but for the few minutes of exchanges, it seems to me that an effort is required. Then, the cooking doesn't follow at all. Of course, I haven't tasted everything, but if the rest is cooked the same way, I fear a lack of taste and seasoning. Paying for good food, YES! But paying for what I have just described, no thank you and it remains very stuck in the throat. Too bad, it's a good location, but it doesn't make you want to go back. Fortunately there are other choices of cuisine in these halls.

Very pricy. Waited for almost half an hour when there was no other customer. The taste of ramen is nowhere near the real ramen. Very disappointed.

Never eat a Banh Mi like that and for 16frs!!! The worst in Geneva and the most expensive, learn to cook Vietnamese before opening a Banh mi shop…disappointed

Victims of its success, don't go there for your lunch hour, it takes more than 20 minutes to wait, and the orders are wrong

Quite good food but pricy for the amount you get...

Small portion, noodle is not well cooked and the same type for 3 different soup (Ramen, Dan Dan, Tonkotsu) while it should not be. Soup taste is…difficult ! the eggs are OK though - service is fast

Very nice discovery: vegetarian ramens, karaage and gyozas are really delicious. The team is really adorable, caring, very friendly.

Awful staff, lack basic decency

20 minute wait. Cold gyozas. Cold baos Asked to pay extra for hot sauce. In short, a shame.
