Order burned after 86 minutes and arrived wrong!!!

It's the first time I've had such an experience! I ordered a salami pizza with olives and egg and my husband ordered a kebab in pocket bread. Our order came after 1.5 hours, my pizza was not edible, it was burnt and the egg was like fries, and my husband got the wrong order and brought kebab in pita bread, all after 1.5 hours!

Unfortunately, it is a dirty restaurant. The workers work with their hands without gloves, and there is no rememberer like someone who does something that he does not like. It is the first and last experience. I do not recommend it.

We came here often, but it was alarming that the woman working there was so disrespectful and aggressive towards her employees. We recommend that you request a receipt when paying. If you don't record the products you sell, it's a perfect tax evasion. We'll never come back...

Unfortunately I have to criticize a bit here. The range of pizzas is very diverse, but unfortunately the pizza we ordered "Pizza Svizzera" didn't turn out very well for us personally. A good pizza has a thin base, but unfortunately the base in this pizza was not there. We somehow missed the tomato flavor of the sauce because I think it was only spread very thinly. I don't know if you can complain about too much topping, but unfortunately here it's just too much and too greasy/oily and was only placed on one side of the pizza and as a result the base, which was already too thin, was completely soggy. Of course I can't say whether every pizza will be like that, but unfortunately my experience wasn't very good.

Pizza was absolutely top, delivery time as promised 30 minutes, price totally ok. O. I can only recommend it and will get back to you for the next delivery. Many thanks to the pizzeria and the delivery driver.

World class giant kebab... ...and we didn't even have the 'Mega' yet!

You can eat okay, the upper floor is all well and good, but you can't eat downstairs, from moldy walls to ugly paintwork with different colors to a broken sofa and cardboard storage, it's a mess. Part 2 March 24th Went to eat here again a few times. This time there was a chicken burger which we ordered without tomatoes. Unfortunately a mushy 20g meat burger with TOMATOES arrived. This was the last time I visited this restaurant, it's enough... I think it's absolutely incorrect to charge these prices for the portion, absolutely brazen STAFF BUT VERY FRIENDLY.

The delivery is always at least 3/4 hours late.

Unfortunately wrong delivery several times and then overpriced... Food was otherwise good.

Kebab and pizza were ok, Delivery has room for improvement… very friendly!

Three stars for me because of the speed........ Comfort is very important here... While you're waiting in line, two people are calmly picking while the other two are calmly taking a break... There's still a lot to learn in this business regarding process and speed! The products were very good! But anyone in a hurry will be slowed down here.

Far too expensive, wrong delivery, 3 hour waiting time, didn't understand the street, couldn't communicate on the phone, far too loud in the background, unfriendly, food was delivered incorrectly, fries were far too soft, tasted like they were 10 weeks old, kebab arrived cold NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

Sorry, but first of all, the pizzas came over an hour later last Thursday and I also came across the Hawaiian pizza exactly THREE times that night! Something is definitely wrong! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Unfortunately my colleague didn't know anything about Pizza due Mille, they have delivered the best pizzas so far. So order there and certainly not at Urner Pizza!!!

Delivery is great, the pizzas are good but not great. Unfortunately, no Parma ham was used in my Pizza Angel, despite the request and 2 for an additional charge...

The service on the phone was rude, the food came very late, the pizzas were missing ingredients and the meat was dry. Drink was forgotten! There are 2 stars only for the nice delivery service.

Midday delivery is not exactly one of the store's core competencies, although we had ordered our food online 2 hours in advance, it came 45 minutes late despite calling several times. At our Swiss level this is unreliable. The food was good, but the fries arrived soggy. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that there are many people, such as schoolchildren and students, who would like to pay with payment methods such as: “Stucard”, “VPay”, “Twint” etc. I speculate that they are losing out on hundreds of francs due to the non-acceptance of these means of payment. The commissions and transaction fees won't bankrupt you. Restaurants, bars and even small shops have adapted to structural change and accept cashless payment methods. They have a lot of delivery time problems because everyone orders there because it is the best in the canton of Uri. Burgers are absolutely amazing Doner meat is great They make pizza themselves, great Always the same level of quality, very rarely had anything defective, order over the phone and there is rarely a deviation from what was ordered. Very bad 2 hour waiting time a cheeky thing

Ordered on the phone. After the long wait, the food finally came. Until we noticed that there wasn't enough meat in the burger and the price of the burger suddenly increased by 8 francs from one day to the next. It's not the first time something like this has happened, something is missing or delivered inedible. ps: when we answered the phone, they didn't want to know anything more about us and denied everything and also said that we lie and that they never make mistakes. I'm pissed off. We are now looking for a new supplier where we will support you.
