Music was generally good, unfortunately no Apache 207 Be careful with the ice cream: I accidentally ate the kiwi with the peel -> I saw it with the orange and was able to react early. I'd love to come back

Food was good as always. I thought it was a shame that when we were clearing away we weren't asked if we had another wish. We couldn't say anything because the waiter left so quickly. After a while he did a quick walk around the tables and pretended to see if a guest had a wish, but his look said something different. When I had the wallet on the table he was very quick. Well, it seemed to me as if they didn't want to sell us anything anymore. The service has generally been very poor.

As always, delicious food - whether fajita, enchiladas, jalapenos, nachos, wraps, country skewers or even dessert. Also very flexible for changes - you just have to ask ;) The smaller tables are sometimes a bit close together, so you have to be careful when getting up :)

I have to say, I like coming to you in US-MEX. Was with you on Bechteli day/night and ate a burger with fries, everything was great, would be happy to come again at any time. The restaurant was also very busy on this visit, but the service was top. Thanks

As always, everything was great. Just unbelievable. I've been eating at Mex (Weinfelden and Frauenfeld) for 25 years and the quality is always great. Service mostly too!! Keep it up.

We eat here every time we are in Frauenfeld. The beef burrito is very good. And I can only recommend the poutine. However, the ice tea was really not tasty. The staff is nice.

Great restaurant with a few gluten-free dishes (at least). Unfortunately, the allergen control drawings on the placemat (menu) do not match the allergy menu (online). The gluten-free fajitas are delicious but only suitable if you like things spicy. The ambience is okay, it's only annoying when the table wobbles and there's hardly any space on the table. The service, well, the order could be placed quickly and we didn't have to wait very long. After the meal it took a long time for the plates to be cleared away, even if there was someone serving at the table next door. They didn't come and ask if we wanted anything else (dessert, coffee, drink, etc.) and we had to wait a long time to pay.

The food, ambience and service were great. 4 stars for service because there was a lot to do and the restaurant was packed. But the service was courteous and friendly, although we didn't come by that often.

Had to wait a long time for the food, then it was only lukewarm, poorly seasoned (bland, fries were overly salted) and incomplete (cheese was missing). Service was inattentive to the drinks. Anyone who has a comparison with other restaurants of this type will no longer eat there.

I would give 10 stars. As ALWAYS top in the US MEX! We spend a lot of time in Weinfelden or Frauenfeld in the US MEX. Depending on which has no more places. Which is clear, with such food, service and ambience. Plus the great price-performance ratio! The burgers, wraps, appetizers...everything is highly recommended. We were in the restaurant for 0.5 hours. During this time we had already eaten the starter and the main course. Wonderful service and short waiting times. That's just how it has to be! Keep it up! Bravo.

It was rather small and therefore loud. The two of us were just able to chat at the table. Waitress was impersonal, not really friendly and kind of bad-tempered. I'll probably only go out to eat at off-peak times because the food is great.

The burger meat is just not real meat. Wobbly as if rubber had been mixed in. So it's far from the real burger patty. Look at the picture. Otherwise, fast service and good ambience.

Premium location in Frauenfeld, not far from the train station. The easiest way for car drivers/motorcycle drivers is to park the vehicle in the nearby Coop car park and walk the few meters. Reservation recommended as it is always well attended. This time I had a bit of bad luck with the chicken breast, which wasn't completely cooked through, but otherwise it was always top-notch cuisine and the service was top-notch anyway. Wheelchair accessible, but the toilet is in the basement.

Service is always top notch. Cool atmosphere. Last time the cook got a bit too much of the hot spice. (It shouldn't have been hot for the kids)

Starter arrived, main course simply forgotten. No concession, nothing. You could have at least “gifted” the drinks as an apology. The store was almost empty at 3 p.m. Poor service, no customer appreciation.

We were a slightly larger group, around 10-12 people. It was a shame that we hadn't even finished the starters when the main course arrived. Now the main course was slightly cold because we were still eating the starter and some of it was eaten warm. There was no apology from the staff for the early main courses. Unfortunately, the dishes from the starters were only cleared away at the end of the main course. So there was little space on the table. The food was good, could have been a little warmer

Food was very good. Ambiance was great. Service could be more responsive to customer needs. When you ask for the bill, you expect the service to bring the bill and not clear other tables and chat with the other employees. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!

The food is not good at all. The taste is not Tex Mex at all. Salad from bags with store-bought salad dressing - that's definitely how it tasted. Chicken was dry and inedible. We definitely won't come back.

I often eat at US Mex Frauenfeld. The food tastes good and the selection is large. There are veggie alternatives and the kitchen is often open to special requests. The portions are large, and you can have leftovers packed up and taken with you. Prices are in the middle segment.

My first Hugo without mint, ice cubes and lemon, not made with love at all. It said it was self-service, I wanted to order my Hugo at the bar, the waitress told me: "Here in Switzerland, self-service means waiting at the table and ordering, and then picking it up at the bar... that wasn't true at all. Until My Swiss friend ordered, we got something

We had to wait at least 50 minutes until a waiter tried to take our order. The food was served very quickly, but we had to wait at least another 15 minutes for the drink. It's a shame working in the catering sector too, our guests never have to wait that long, at least they have a drink first and are informed that it could take a little longer.

Waiting times for service are catastrophic. Went there at 25 degrees and with 6 people (medium occupancy of the shop and around 5 people on duty). After about 15 minutes, drinks were picked up (2 beers, a cider and a tub of margarita). It took about 10 minutes and was then unloaded at the table in the assembly line principle... well In this weather, something like this gets empty relatively quickly, as you can imagine. But despite the fact that we sat in the direct passage and the service constantly had to pass us, there was no response to our empty glasses or any other questions. The eating crowd probably generates more sales here and receives preferential treatment. At least that's what it looked like. Tables that arrived after us and ordered food were given priority. When we wanted to leave after being there for about 1.5 hours and asked for the bill, we had to wait again because apparently only certain people in the service department had further training in using the EC device. Not authentic Mexican but it’s Switzerland I’m sure they have limitations when it comes to getting Mexican ingredients. Was good though! Needs Pico and actual enchilada sauce.

The staff is great! Even under enormous stress, they remain calm and always strive to do their best work. Praise to everyone! The food is good, there are some vegetarian and 1, 2 vegan options. The fries seasoning is tasty and also deserves praise. It is comfortable to sit inside and outside.

Unfortunately, there was an extremely long wait until service arrived. Then the food takes twice as long to be on the table. A pity!

We were there for dinner today. The greeting wasn't very friendly (the one with the goatee at the front). Afterwards a colleague took over. A long haired blonde with lots of chains and I have to say she is a piece of gold! Really nice, attentive, friendly! A treasure for the restaurant. Food was good as usual, but this time the Mexican salad was a bit of a disappointment. The lettuce on the side was already brown, carrots and cucumbers were completely dried out. I wouldn't have served this to guests again. The rest was delicious and delicious!

We were in US-Mex for the first time today and were completely thrilled. The food was honestly a dream, the service staff was super attentive and friendly and the ambience matched the overall picture. As an achievable plus point, I could have American soft drinks like Dr. Imagine pepper or root beer.

Price performance is not right. You wait a long time until someone serves you. Food was OK but nothing special...

Food was very good. There were 11 of us eating there. The service was a gentleman very friendly and helpful. Despite the glitter 😉 Spend time under umbrellas in the garden.

It's always worth a visit and of all the US Mex, this one is our favorite location. Super nice atmosphere both in summer and winter. Nice and quick service, fair prices and good food. We love to come.

Foods not really US or Mexican. Been 2 times now wasn’t a fan of what I had. If they would just fry some corn tortillas to make some chips it will make a world of difference. Also for the wings chicken was nice. But they’re plain? Need some sauces. If they really want to make it authentic need some Buffalo sauce. I’m sure the other food that has to do nothing with American or Mexican food would be alright.but if they ever need an advisor 🤷‍♂️

Staff seems overworked on the weekends, long waiting times. Last time I visited, the burger bread was black and fell apart when I ate it. Coke Zero tasted like water, by the time an employee took care of it the food was cold. It used to be there more regularly, but now unfortunately less often. US-Mex Weinfelden is my clear favorite in terms of service and food quality. Perhaps this location should be used as a benchmark within the group - there is potential!

We actually just wanted to take a nap. When we sat at a free table in the garden pub, we were moved a little later by the staff for some inexplicable reason. The gentleman didn't take an order. When the gentleman walked past our table for the third time in a short time without taking an order, we left.

The service took a long time, we got our drink after we got our food. Even though it has a lot of employees they are very slow. The food is top quality and the atmosphere is like in Mexico. It's just a shame that it's taking so long.

Once again I only came at the request of a friend. Found hair in the food and a spider in the straw. There are very long waiting times for drinks and food. Understandable in times of stress. But the staff preferred to do other things. The prices are also on the higher side

The food was good, there was good service and a lot of work was done on the decoration.

Unfortunately, on my last visit, not much was right: service was really overwhelmed, and the chicken in the Cesars Salad was underwhelming. But it is worth mentioning that my complaint was responded to!

The portion was far too small and we had to wait 40 minutes to order something, which is far too long! I will definitely never come here again and will definitely not recommend this restaurant. In addition, the staff was very unfriendly and almost rude.

Food carelessly prepared, staff totally overwhelmed, brought the wrong thing several times, but were also totally understaffed. The highlight was the undercooked chicken. It's a shame, the restaurant is really nice.

Since we had already eaten in a US-MEX in Weinfelden and were very satisfied, we visited the branch in Frauenfeld. Here too we were greeted very nicely. The staff here is also very friendly and attentive. The food was again good and served quickly. Very large outdoor area directly on the river. Gladly again :-)

Great meal, large portions and luckily I was able to have my leftovers packed up😂 I'll be happy to come back. Dog friendly, large garden terrace by the river.

I was there for lunch with my husband on May 8th, 2023. Within 15 to 20 minutes we had our food on the table. Okay, if it's busy in the evening, it can take a little longer, but that's understandable When our waiter found out that it was my husband's 50th birthday, there was also a lovely surprise for him. I found it really sweet. We've been to the restaurant several times and the service has always been great and the staff very nice and accommodating. We always enjoy coming back. Keep it up 😃😃😃

Good location and great location. The restaurant stands out from the others in Frauenfeld (due to what it offers). The service here is always very good and attentive. The waiting times are very short (even when it's busy). The portions are generous and the price/performance is also very fair. You can get incredibly great coffee here.
