A little paradise for foodies. On the spot, our eyes shine with pleasure. What to take? Everything is so desirable. Around twenty kinds of naturally leavened bread, pastries, cakes, sweet or savory tarts, and many other delicacies, are offered on Fridays and everything is cooked over a wood fire in a gueulard oven (understand with a horizontally adjustable flame), of 5.5 m2 allows you to bake 55 kg of bread. I'm not necessarily patient, but today in front of the baker's work, this wait was a real spectacle. The rest can be read in the blog.

Wonderful region. We had a wonderful stay. We never tire of hiking in the region. Le Four de l'Adde is an address to remember, its owners are charming and available people. Their succulent breads... A big thank you to Sophie and André for their welcome, their availability and kindness.

Andre bakes bread the old fashioned way with wild yeast, a slow rise, and in a wood-fired oven. We enjoyed our baking and fondue class here on our Alpenwild food tour. Views are amazing too.
