Food was good. Unfortunately service is not the same. First colleagues/friends were greeted instead of guests. Once when I was handing over pizza the salad opened and fell. The ambience is okay but nothing special. I was there several times a few years ago and I don't remember the service being mediocre. A pity.

Unfortunately very disappointing. We were seated at a table and waited 20 minutes until we were offered the first piece of pizza. Service in person and prefer to talk and greet colleagues instead of the guests. In between we went for a quick smoke and in the short time our plates and cutlery were cleared away. We asked for new plates and that's all we got, no cutlery or napkins. When we paid, the card was taken out of our hands and the waiter paid. That doesn't work. Unfortunately not recommended.

It used to be one of my favorite restaurants… where has the hospitality gone? Sitting there for 30 minutes and haven't been offered a piece of pizza yet... Mind you, there are a maximum of 4 tables occupied... Waiters are standing around and doing nothing... When I commented that I thought it was a shame how things had deteriorated, I was put off - it's not mine Blame it on the owner… what kind of answer is that?

I wouldn't recommend. The boss has no idea how to deal with guests. Pizza alone, there is better!

We wanted to eat there again. When we made the reservation by phone, we agreed on a time between 7:45 p.m. and 8 p.m. because there was a large group there for dinner. When we got there it was pure chaos. It was 8:05 p.m. and the OWNER snapped at me ''I told you between 7:45 p.m.-8 p.m. If you don't like it, YOU are welcome to leave again!'' If my two little ones hadn't been there, I would have told him my opinion to his face. Absolute disrespect that you have to say you and raise your voice. Never again!!!!!!!!

Received 4 pieces of pizza in 2 hours, only after complaining did the service come with half the desired pizza (4 pieces) for 12 people. The buffet was cold and the service was clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. Not recommendable!

Pizza was ok. Service very bad. Ordered drinks 5 times, none came until we went to the counter. When paying, complete chaos, we had to say ourselves what we had. We don't go there that quickly anymore, it's a shame we used to eat there very often.

Were sent back to the door, apparently no space. Although we saw clearly that there were places available. Rude thing like that, we won't go there anymore. The quality of the food isn't necessarily promising either.

I went out to eat with my family last week and I have to say I was very disappointed, I've been there before but that was the last time. Since the new managing director came in, things haven't been the same. Kellener was very overwhelmed, even though we made a reservation 2 hours in advance, they had a hard time finding a table for us. As we at the end When we wanted to pay, they did the math for the children even though our children didn't eat anything, they just played the whole time. When we asked the boss about it, he was very unfriendly and argued with us. It's a shame he didn't want to hear anything, and so he'll definitely lose customers. He claimed that we weren't the only ones who complained.

I don't understand these negative reviews!!! I've been there all you can eat about 3 times in the evening and so far I've always been satisfied and thrilled. The comments here about the pizzas not tasting good had never been to eat real pizza in Italy, I actually don't like pizzas in Switzerland at all but I could eat at Valentina Pasta e Pizza again and again!! And the staff was so friendly, my two children jumped around there and they didn't mind, which wouldn't be a given in every restaurant!! And even if the staff at Full House doesn't work as well as you imagine, I would like to see you always motivated and friendly in your office, in the retail trade or on the construction site!!! THERE ARE PEOPLE NOT ROBOTS!!

Very, very nice and attentive staff despite being understaffed. Unfortunately our pre-order for gluten-free pasta was forgotten. Was done later with a very long wait. Didn't give the pizza rolli as usual. Pizzas were prepared upon request. Better planning for a group of around 20 people would have been desirable. Pizzas were very good. Pasta was good, but not enough for all guests to eat at the same time. We also had to pay an additional 2.- for the use of a cake plate. This addition may need to be reconsidered for large groups. The friendliness and flexibility of the staff was extremely satisfactory. We'll still come back and hope for improvement.

Best quality, fast service, would be happy again. Price performance is fair and top pizzas and pasta would be happy again, the bad reviews are a joke better than Dietikon....

The restaurant currently uses an "all you can eat" system, which I very much support. The staff is friendly, the food was very good. It was just a little loud.

Great ambience for 18.80 CHF, we always received fresh buffet dishes and someone always came by with the pizza at the table. Service was very friendly and always delivered everything quickly despite the stress and full restaurant! Many have written negative comments, but I haven't noticed anything that comes close to that.

Don't understand all these bad reviews. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. At that price you really can't say anything... 1 star deducted for the volume..

My experience is very good. I don't speak German but they have a staff that assists you in several languages.

At first I was impressed by the ambience, but then we experienced the most dismal Christmas dinner. Service was slow. Chaotic and illogical, and the staff made jokes that were inappropriate. Food was nothing special.

Well, apart from the price there is nothing positive to say. If it weren't so cheap I would only give it 1 star. Unfortunately, the pizzas don't taste good at all and the pasta, which didn't look bad, unfortunately tasted just as bad...

Pizzas are always the same, very poor quality, pasta overcooked or rock hard. Service had its hands full (overwhelmed). So you had to wait a long time for everything. Not only our feelings, but also heard at the neighboring tables. Was there last time, not recommended... In short, no longer worth a visit.

All you can eat has pasta with mussels on the poster. Unfortunately the buffet didn't have that... I think it's a shame to advertise it and then not offer it. The buffet is a joke

Very friendly staff and good food!

We were invited to a birthday party yesterday and the negative comments made me feel unsafe for the time being. My daughter broke a parmesan dispenser, it was cleaned immediately and the service was very friendly. I can imagine that when it's full there will be longer waiting times as the pizzas go away quickly (very nice, not expected at this price). Price-performance top!

Bad service, we won't be coming back

Every time I come I always get disappointed. The same pizzas always came. We couldn't hear more peppers and salami. It's almost not worth eating here anymore.

Pizza is very oily and service is very bad because it feels like you wait 10 years for it. And the waiter doesn't really listen. Additionally it has a very small selection of pizzas and pastas. I don't think I'll ever come here again!

The pizzas are far too greasy and the restaurant is not recommended. Afterwards you feel sick.🤒

Good service and good food, I like to go there again and again

I was there for the first and last time. Extremely long waiting times for the pizza and almost always the same ones like tuna, anchovies or beef salami! Almost no customers wanted to eat these pizzas and in the end it was thrown in the trash can! It's a shame, I was very happy but in vain. If you wanted to talk to one of the employees about it, it wasn't even possible because she couldn't understand or speak German. It's a shame and disappointing that I've always been in Dietikon at the Pasta Pizza All You Can Eat and was always very satisfied. Always different pastas as well as a lot of different pizzas and almost no waiting times.

Food: Always the same pizzas and a bit limp, mostly tuna or anchovies. Penne: 4 almost identical varieties that are not changed. Service: Quite OK. The waitress couldn't speak German and couldn't understand what she was saying. Ambiance: Also O.K. Could have a little more decoration. Conclusion: I will no longer come to Regensdorf, Dietikon is a lot better.

We used to be regulars. Since the change of ownership at the beginning of the year nothing is right. We won't visit it again

Since the new owners took over, the store has no longer been comparable. The worst thing is the service. They can hardly communicate in German and the lady with the light hair is very, very cheeky. I hope that this review sets something in motion and that we rely on competent employees in the future.

Often the same pizzas, at tables where there were fewer than 4 people, were served secondary, Cola tasted like dishwater. Children's high chairs were all dirty and even really disgusting! When paying, I noticed that 1 x child 4-6 years old was charged (our children under 4 years old). I asked and the waiter said that my child is definitely older than 3 years old. And the other child (1 year old) was not charged extra?!? Paid without comment and then went to the toilet to clean your hands from what you had experienced - !!! We have traveled to many countries and cultures, but I have never experienced such a mess. Hygiene standard 0!!! Never again! Only plus points - Has a games room - Pasta selection was quite good - If a pizza ever got lost to us, at least it was still warm

After the renovation, there is now a great atmosphere again, parking spaces are always available and you can get a space even with large groups. The service is excellent and always friendly. Pizza is always fresh and varied, you will always be full. Unfortunately, there isn't much of a different selection at the pasta buffet throughout the evening.

The new concept is worse than bad. Being able to eat 6 different pizzas out of 16 variations is far too little. Dessert price is not justified and inadequate. The staff is truly the best there has ever been. The only thing that was unfriendly was the boss and he didn't have the bills under control and wasn't flexible. Things were much better before. Hi, I was a regular customer until December 2022 but from January 2023 I went to eat pizza but they will never see me again, management and staff are not in the profession. The pizza chef is great, it's a shame he's leaving. I don't recommend it

Before the Corona period, I regularly went to eat here with a friend (easily once a week). At some point about a year ago I started going to Dietikon all the time. Today we decided to visit Regensdorf again. Big wrong decision. - it costs 2.20 more than Dietikon - the Coca-Cola has been changed and now tastes like dirty water - the pasta no longer varies, but always remains the same 4, which hardly differ from each other. - It feels like you can wait forever to get a piece of pizza. It's a shame that the customers who are placed in the harrow are not served as quickly as those in the middle. - the types of pizza no longer vary like they used to. If I get pepperoni pizza in front of me again, pepperoni will come out of my ears! :D & the pizzas are usually pretty burnt, especially the edge is often black A pity! We used to really enjoy being there and were already regular guests... now we're becoming regular guests at Dietikon.

The service is totally unsympathetic, and food terrible even when it is cheap for Swiss standards. There is a kids area that hasn't been clean or taken care of, for a long time. The only things to remark, they were quite fast on preparing the menu

We had a reservation at 8:15 p.m. and went to the restaurant on an empty stomach. When we got there, we first saw tables with dirty dishes and nothing had been cleared away. Then (probably) the boss came up to me and my companion and told us that there was no more pizza, only “all you can eat” PASTA with 4 types. The restaurant probably knew beforehand that there would be no more pizza and I think they could have called and let them know. First and last time. It was also the shortest restaurant visit of my life (20 minutes). Even though the boss apologized, I think they should have reacted beforehand because we made a special reservation and accepted the journey. A pity.

I find it so disrespectful how the owner wrote to Valentina when a customer complains about the service, she apologizes! Customer is king, what's the point of how Chan does it? Restaurant I've been a regular customer for over 5 years in the EU! But that's no good at all... CUSTOMER is a king and I've already experienced that all the good pizzas are there when we're ready and the service goes to the same table 50 times!!!!!!!! And if you have a long name as an employee or boss, you can do it well and don't write any nonsense!

Bad service not much pizza choices, never again

Food was ok. Service was a disaster. When I was full, the pizzas finally arrived with a piece of meat. Previously not a piece for half an hour. However, the same tables were always supplied with the best pizzas. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I felt comfortable. I liked the food. The Sucuk pizza was really good! Perhaps you could mention at the beginning which pizzas are available so that all guests are aware and can better communicate their wishes. I'll definitely come back, I love pizza and friendly people!

Very cheap prices, but the pizzas are also thinly topped. The garlic bread was guaranteed frozen goods. The atmosphere is, well, in a shopping center and the noise level was high due to the many children. The aquarium, which has probably been half empty for a very long time, makes an unhygienic impression. The service was really good. We were often provided with pizzas and the drinks came quickly. Update: the pizzas were good on the last visit. Update September 30th: the aquarium has been cleaned and looks really nice again.

Very affordable all you can eat prices! However, the pizzas are far too sparsely topped, just a few olives on top. There were only 4 types of pasta and the tomato sauce came out of the packaging as it looked and tasted, not freshly prepared. If you ask staff to order drinks, I'm not responsible. Then you wait until the other colleague comes instead of letting her know. 4.80 for tap water, even written like that TAP water is also pretty steep, all other soft drinks are also 4.80. I would recommend more toppings on the pizzas, more pasta selection and increase the prices because 16.60 is nothing. Another positive thing is that there are 100 free parking spaces available in the parking garage.
