Simply a fantastic restaurant. We were more than positively surprised for the second time. First visit: We strolled through Lugano with our baby and were still hungry late at night. All the restaurants had already closed their kitchens. As we walked past this restaurant we asked if they were still open. The owner replied very friendly and in German. They were actually already closed, but she would be happy to make us two more pizzas to go. They were two fantastic classic pizzas! Second visit: We came back a little earlier on the weekend so that we could eat in peace this time. The restaurant just opened and we immediately received a warm welcome and a seat. The owner calmly explained to us what fresh things the kitchen could conjure up for us today. We were so excited that we all had the sous vide fish with risotto or fried potatoes. For starters there was a wonderfully fresh salad and for dessert a fantastic pana cotta with fresh strawberries. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavor was unique. We would love to come back and can simply recommend this restaurant as the best restaurant in Lugano! Thank you for the lovely evening.

A bar, a splendid venue - with a huge merlot, local products etc. Very kind, also from Ursula and Marcello. It was a good break in Lugano, in an authentic place, Thank you!

Very aggressive sales and service. The meals were very bad. The polenta was inedible. The Bolongnese may have been mixed with cat meat.

We recently had dinner at Vasto, the menu was game focused and it was excellent. The pasta and accessories are all fresh and very tasty! The atmosphere was very good in the restaurant and the service was simply very friendly and accommodating. We would like to come again !

I'm not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones, but this time I felt like it was more than needed.First of all I had called to book a table and since it was raining I was expecting they'd put us on a table that's covered, when we got there there was one maybe two tables not covered (mind alll the covered ones were empty) and they told us to sit there. The servers didn't care if it would have started raining while we were eating. Of course we just left. The worst thing about this wasn't only that but how the servers talked to us. Never heard someone talk in such a disrespectful to me. Since I'm already complaining about this I'll also mention that the quality of the food in general and service decreased a lot from our first to last visit there, which is a shame for the price point.They also removed most of the vegetarian options (which ingredients are also used in most of other dishes) and last time I went there they weren't able to put together a decent vegetarian sushi, which made me believe that they have the things pre made. I don't know about you but this isn't considered a luxurious or even nice restaurant.I'm very disappointed.

via Canova 9Ein kleines Hotel, aber mit Sitzgelegenheiten außerhalb entlang einer voll klein Fußgängerzone. Der Service ist durchschnittlich für diese Gegend, da sind die Preise normal hoch Drink in der Schweiz.

Via Monte Boglia 23, 6900 Lugano, SwitzerlandIt is no longer at number 23, it has been closed for a while now, now it is the Griilo bar, exceptional in everything, top notch cleanliness... super delicious dishes, always different, even aperitifs, DOC.... the owner is kind and helpful. .I would say everything is excellent.

via Trevano 19Conosciamo il locale da anni. Sappiamo cosa è meglio ordinare e cosa evitare. Per questo ci torniamo almeno un paio di volte durante le vacanze. Buona la pizza, ottimi gli ingredienti e cotta bene nel loro forno a legna. Buona la pasta fresca. Buonissima la focaccia bianca con alici, capperi, olive e origano. Quest'anno mi è piaciuta anche la seppia alla griglia. Buoni gli antipasti (crocchette, arancini e patatine) anche se scarsi nelle porzioni ma, con i prezzi che hanno, basta ordinare un piatto in più. Se decidete di andare, fatelo senza troppe pretese. I prezzi sono bassi.
