Super friendly staff & very tasty ice cream

I love this ice cream shop, they have many special flavors but also classic ones, lots of choice even for vegans (creamy ice creams but without cow's milk) and gluten-free cones. In winter it is perfect even just for a tea/coffee to be enjoyed together with the vast selection of brioches (also vegan) and homemade cakes. They also have savory food such as wraps and savory pies.

Great bar/ice cream shop! They have lots of tables, both inside and outside the shop. We tried the crepe with mango inside and the hot chocolate. Both very good!! The owner, Sr. Marco, is very kind and nice! I would happily return.

It was an excellent ice cream, but the last two times I've had it force me to change my rating. Poor preservation with internal ice formation, very flat coffee and chocolate flavours. I don't recommend it, unfortunately there are no quality ice cream shops in Locarno.

The best ice cream shop in Locarno, even though I'm on the opposite side of the city I come here because the ice cream is truly delicious, with real fruit and only genuine ingredients! In addition to the classic ones, you can also find particular flavours, depending on the season, such as almond, fig or ginger, absolutely worth trying!!!

Ordered pistachio yogurt mango lemon raspberry(?) All of these ice creams seem to have a very high percentage of ingredients. The taste is comparable to the best restaurant I ate in Rome. If you like pistachio gelato, definitely order it. The fruity taste is so strong that it reminds me of my mother, who loves mangoes, while eating it. Lemon is also so refreshing that it makes you shiver, probably due to its high content. The chewiness is also perfect. Sorbet isn't naturally chewy, so I'll pass. Pistachio yogurt is super chewy I found this place after searching with the thought that I couldn't gain weight by eating just anything, and I was very satisfied.

A great address when it comes to delicious ice cream. The store has a modern design. If you find the stairs next door, you can even have a nice time in your own café. The ice cream flavors are passed on to customers cool and creamy. These are located in a funny device that makes its rounds. The selection of ice cream flavors is large. The staff is friendly and there is even frape (especially important for my husband). The shop is located not far from the lake promenade. From the café it is not far to the Madonna del Sasso rack railway.

The most delicious ice cream in Locarno. The flavors differ per visit. Which is very nice because you taste a lot of variety in flavors this way. Furthermore, the corno piccolo is already a lot of ice cream and super tasty! If you want to eat an ice cream, I think this is the best place for it. It is located next to the station so easy to reach. They also have delicious muffins. Nice and warm with melted chocolate. The building is difficult to find.

Five stars for the service but two stars for the ice-cream. Went there on 07.11.2021 and the ice-cream was way too frozen and had small solid icy parts in it. Maybe there was something wrong with the cooling system on that day. Hope to taste the so much praised creamy version next time.

Best shop in Locarno we were here for a week where I found this gelateria I came here almost every day the best for me was chocolate Amaretto ice cream, since then I can't get enough really, it's a shame today they didn't have any for that I was there every day and always got my 3 balls. The price is cheap and tastes very, very good. The staff speaks both languages ​​which was a plus point for me. Keep it up Vera Gelateria and your employees.

A little gem nestled behind Hotel Garni Millennium. Gelato Romonof is divine.

Sehr leckeres Eis. Der Laden ist ausserdem sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Bedienung sprich wenn auch nicht top Deutsch finde ich sehr gut.

Pas pignon sur rue nous sommes tombés là par un heureux hasard. Plein de parfums, un équipement permettant au personnel de ne pas avoir à se coucher dans le congélateur pour attraper les bacs et des portions assez costaudes. Un régal...

Pistazien Eis mit Stückchen (empfehlenswert). Freundliche Bedienung, die auch französisch spricht.
