The owner is so kind, cheerful, and nice! The atmosphere of the store is great and the food is perfect for Korean tastes!! I visited twice, and the first time I tried cheese fondue and schnitzel and it was so delicious that I came back again. The one on the right in the second photo is delicious. Be sure to eat it.

CANNOT MISS - BEST food in Interlaken and perfectly priced with large portions! I still reminisce my meal here! Famously known for their cheese fondue. But also serve a very delectable chicken codon bleu. Great menu options for both food and drinks with comfortable and warm seating outdoors during winter. Shoutout to the team for a wonderful service. Will definitely be back! :D

Great location, just 5 mins by the Interlaken west station. You would expect a nice and kind manager to serve you. The food is amazing as it deserves 5 star rating! Definitely recommended!

The place opens the soul, beautiful, rustic, and the owner of the restaurant receives the best reception, very nice. Everything is excellent. We tried the delicious fondue and Swiss drinks without alcohol, delicious and refreshing, and a dish with fried chicken and mashed potatoes, very delicious.

I ordered Vintage Cheese Fondue, the special menu of the day (blue color blah), and Zurich-style pork. The fondue was very delicious even though I didn't request non-alcohol, and the special menu item, mushroom spaghetti, was also very delicious. However, the amount of spaghetti was almost 2.5 servings,,,, and the Zurich-style pork was ordinary. The portion was too much for two people to eat.... Just order two menu items. The owner also kindly explained how to eat fondue! This is the best restaurant where you are satisfied with the interior design, the friendly owner, and the taste and quantity of the food! I don’t know why people say there are no good restaurants in Switzerland haha.

Ate lunch here in November and the waitress was fantastic— super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and patient with my stilted German. The fondue was incredible and one order was enough for both my daughter and myself. Highly recommend!

The appetizers and the atmosphere were great, and we were looking forward to our meals until the waiter came back to our table an hour after taking the order to re-take our order 😒 By the time the food came, we were ready to leave, I had a headache and most of the restaurant was empty. The waiter never apologized, but suddenly became very attentive, and the manager gave us a discount on the bill. This restaurant came highly recommended by the airbnb host, and what made this even more frustrating was that we were the only black people there..... Im hoping this was not the reason and was just a mistake by a busy waiter...it's disappointing either way.

I would give a 6 star for service if it’s possible - Romi was so warm and friendly towards all her customers and made sure our requests were fulfilled. Also the food is superb - fish and chips, chicken tenders, stuffed mushrooms and homemade ice tea are a must try!!!

Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it there... We ordered and the food never came... we waited 1.5 hours.. After 40 minutes I asked how long it would take... and the answer was it was coming... I asked again after an hour and the answer was the same, then the older woman came and asked what we had ordered. ..that means she didn't even know what we ordered! People after us got their food first! Coca Cola was in a non-carbonated glass! Unfriendly staff! NEVER AGAIN!!! It's a shame because the food looked delicious...

Amazing hospitality. Feels like im dining at my family friend's house. The homemade ice tea is delicious, the server even taught us how to eat fondue! The potatoes and bread for the fondue were more than enough for two. Amazing. Will come back another time for dinenr

Great local restaurant. Varied menu with plenty of options at (for Interlaken) good prices. Busy, so worth booking if you can but they found us a table outside quickly in autumn and it was OK.

Fondue and onion rings I searched and saw it somewhere and saved it, but I ordered it as is. Delicious fondue and salty onion rings, which have a slightly musty smell but don't taste like that at all. It is said that it is not easy to find friendly and courteous service in Switzerland, where only one person can order fondue. The atmosphere is cozy, and people who like the camping feel will like the vinyl tent outside. However, since the portion size is very large (I heard that is usually the case with fondue), I recommend other sides. Fondue onion rings, 1 glass of beer, cranberry juice, 51 francs

The food was good quite tasty, the environment was also friendly. However we were waited for more than a hour, and there was no explanation. That was a bit disappointing.

We got there in the afternoon, the place was empty (maybe 3 tables) but I guess that in a restaurant with such delicious food and excellent service like this restaurant, there are many customers. I took a schnitzel and a cocktail and it was quite expensive (40 Swiss francs, if I remember correctly) but I think there are deals that reduce the price. I highly recommend eating there.

My wife and I ate here twice during our stay in Ringgenberg. I had the Bratwurst with Fries and veggies and the Pork Shnitzel-laken with mashed potatoes. My wife had the Quinoa burger with onion rings and the fish and chips. The food was very good with good portions. The service was very good and the server spoke English and was very nice. Menus were also translated to English which made it really easy for us to order. It seems like a lot of locals eat there so that tells me something good. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other restaurants. I definitely recommend this place 👍🏽👍🏽

The food (Shepard's Pie) was so tasty... But it was cold in the middle and piping hot in random clumps, so it was clearly microwaved... And for not long enough.

Amazing Swiss food, super tasty and huge portions! Had to take half my schnitzel home. If I was rating purely on the food it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the service was not so great. I was barked at by the waitress for daring to step into the restaurant to enquire about a table and was told to wait out on the street behind a family of four. The family politely pointed out that I was alone and there were smaller 2 person tables available, and they were happy for me to be seated ahead of them. The waitress then yelled at them and said I had to wait for them to be seated, about 20 minutes wait. So I waited 20 mins despite there being multiple smaller tables available. The waitress was lovely once I was seated though 🤷🏻‍♀️ also the food was super slow, I was dining alone and almost got through 2 chapters of a book by the time my food arrived. It would be really helpful if there were at least some signs out front informing people how the walk in system works. Also a sign asking people to close the back restaurant door when they come through would be great for those seated at the back. It's a shame as the food & decor are great, I'd love to see this place successful but the service needs to be improved.

First we waited for 45 minutes for the food, unfortunately it was not worth waiting for, it was by far the worst burgers we have ever tasted, and the spaghetti with meatballs was also bad. The place should hire a chef in the kitchen.

An excellent restaurant. Very friendly hostess and staff. We even went there for dinner twice. Delicious schnitzel, fish and chips and vintage shepherd's pie. For dessert, flambéed mocha parfait. You get large portions at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes American food (unfortunately, I don’t like it that much). The mushroom appetizer is especially worth trying. The clerk was very hospitable and gave us extra French fries for free, and also allowed us to temporarily store the packed food until we came back in the evening. The service was impeccable.

We really liked the Vintage Chuchichästli restaurant. The owner is very attentive and has a friendly charisma, which contributes to the overall positive experience. We were impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. The dishes were always delicious and the portions were more than sufficient. It's definitely a place you'll want to come back to.
