Very friendly and super competent

It's a shame the beautiful shop has moved from the city center to the industrial district. Unfortunately, the opening times no longer meet my needs, so I am now forced to get my coffee elsewhere. I have been very satisfied with the advice so far.

It's a shame the store has moved for the third time now. I bought my coffee machine and grinder there, I was always given good advice and I always bought my coffee there. Now they have moved into an office building, I received a voucher and wanted to buy coffee there again last Saturday, but there was no one there, no one in the building knew where to find Vitodurum, the shop was closed. Although the opening times were clearly communicated. 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. I am very disappointed!

Great advice and very competent

In June 2022 we brought our Bezzera for service. I only consider the deposit of CHF 80.00 for the machine to be accepted as a sign of distrust. The service then cost an additional sFr. 317.- We definitely noticed in mid-September that something was wrong with the machine. A hose was clogged and the pump had to be replaced. sFr. 126.-. For this reason, I will make a review on Google: Friendly, nice front women, lack of repair service and lack of customer friendliness when it comes to goodwill.
