Vögeli Beck AG - Bistro und Laden Eigasse in Hägendorf

I was given moldy fondue bread! We wrote an email and received an answer saying it was our mistake, we had stored it incorrectly! No apologies, nothing! Don't want to know what the bakery looks like! Customer service inadequate!

I asked the waitress if she could give me a paper bag to take away my gipfeli, the waitress came and took the gipfeli from me with her hands without gloves or a paiper after she had cleaned the tables... I didn't like the service, the atmosphere was unpleasant and not friendly. Nice coffe bar but not good service.

A place where every time worth visiting. Neither the products nor the lunches are made with love. The stay has a warm atmosphere. For a date, lunch, a foursome, a nüni or just a coffee to drink, the place has everything you could want in a bakery coffee shop. Sandwiches are fresh straight from the kitchen. Very friendly service. I recommend this place with great pleasure

First impression: The cafe looked inviting from the outside. We took a seat on the terrace and immediately enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The interior, which we saw briefly upon entering, also exuded cosiness. Operation & Service: The waitress was attentive and accommodating. After we sat down, she served me a delicious cappuccino while my companions enjoyed their respective drinks. Quality of food & drinks: My cappuccino was excellently prepared. It was a special pleasure to drink it in such good company, including local football legend Paul Vogeli. Cleanliness: Special praise goes to the clean toilets. Such cleanliness is not a given everywhere and is therefore particularly valuable. Ambience & Atmosphere: The atmosphere on the terrace was calm and pleasant, ideal for spending some time with friends.

We ate very well, very nice, attentive and friendly staff, great, fine baked goods. We were very satisfied all around!!!

On site early in the morning at 7:30 a.m. Great cafe with very nice staff (waiters) and a great selection. We recommend! The tips for our upcoming hike on Aller Heiligenberg through the Tüfelsschlucht were also very informative. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much 🤩

Very simple ice cream at a premium price. Not for ice cream lovers. “Pistachio” flavor tastes like everything except pistachios. The espresso was watery and thin - similar to the coffee from the Selecta machine.

I moved away a while ago and really miss Vogeli Beck. Always delicious sandwiches and sweets at an absolutely reasonable price. I can only recommend.

I would give this bistro zero stars! The staff is very arrogant and unfriendly, they don't know the customer is king here. Often you don't understand what you want the first time! You also have to wait 15 minutes until the waitress notices you! The bistro's furnishings are from the 90s and a renovation wouldn't hurt. The play area for the children is very spartan. If all of these points were changed, younger customers might also come by. I'm definitely not coming back, the staff definitely put me off.

06.52 the entrance to the shop is open and 2 employees are enjoying their coffee in front of the entrance. We wanted to buy 4 croissants and a bread and got the answer - we don't open until 7 a.m.! So only in 8 minutes. If you want to buy something, go to the main bakery, they are open now. I will not consider this bakery in the future.

After the long, noisy construction work, the bistro is pleasantly quiet again and you feel comfortable there. Friendly staff.

Black Forest cake was not good at all, the biscuit base was dry, the cherry was completely missing and in the whole piece of cake there was only half a cherry, most of it on the piece of cake and a miniature piece in the piece of cake. There is still a lot of potential for improvement.

Super friendly staff. They are always in a good mood and courteous. It doesn't matter what time it is and you can tell they're having fun at work👍🏽 A fine kaffeli or a piece of cake is a real pleasure like many of the other dishes they offer, such as the lunch menu or the fine Füroben bread. Go by, it's worth it🥰

The Beck with the best nut peaks

Great village bakery with very fine bread and good menus. The atmosphere is quiet and a nice place. The “Bündner Capuns” were very tasty, and I say that as a Grisons resident. There is a Coop and Denner right next door. In addition, a little further behind begins what is probably the most beautiful gorge far and wide, the Devil's Gorge.

At Vogeli Beck, the Parisian croissants and the 'Hägedörferli' bread are highly recommended. The bread is characterized by its long shelf life.

It's a bistro, you shouldn't expect high quality food. Most of the staff are friendly, but there are others too. Price-performance OK but not more.

On sunny days you can sit outside.

A pleasant clean and centrally situated restaurant/ café in the village of Haegendorf. Plenty of seating both inside and outside the premises. A range of meals including salads and main courses together with cakes and sweets for those who aren't conscious about their weight. Service is friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. All-round pleasantness.
