Everything is fine, the girls are friendly. In my opinion, there would be a lack of healthy products such as those without palm oil or organic.

I really feel at home here, I love shopping here early in the morning in the dark and few people.

Unfortunately, the staff is completely overwhelmed with the PickMup service. You don't even know how to acknowledge a package when you pick it up. A bad alternative as a replacement for the post office. However, my main criticism is the post office, which is constantly reducing its services at the expense of others.

And Ms. Strässle writes that you can only withdraw 50 francs, at the huge Postal ATM that is in front of the shop you can withdraw over 50 francs! And the ladies from Voi were simply given that The work of the post office is still on the eye and you basically have to do the work of the post office on the side, and probably for the same wage! I visit this store occasionally and have always had good experiences. They definitely succeeded in the Migros & Post cooperation.

A small convenience store with the necessary items if you need to buy something quickly. Also very clean and enough parking spaces. There is still a post office counter in the store.

I can only agree with the previous speakers. Hey, what kind of cold treatment of people is this? No smiles, no joy in the work, just dull processing of customers as if we were just a number. Today I wanted to return a product because I accidentally bought the wrong product. This can happen quickly with coffee capsules and is nothing but human. The boss refused to accept the product even though it was still complete and not broken. An absolute no-go. Customer service? None! Luckily, I was able to return the product to another Migros, where customers are treated decently and where legislation is followed. Suggestion: close Migros VOI Bettlach or replace the entire team.

The unfriendly employees were taken over from the (old) post office. Zero friendly, always pissed off attitude like at the post office in Bettlach. I really don't know what's wrong with people and why nothing is ever done?

Only one star because the only negative rating is the 2nd piece of cherry cake... many people know which one.. please like it if it's also true for you BUT I pay almost 6.- for 2nd piece of cherry cake without cherry?!?! This has happened many times now... if you're lucky it's full of cherry liqueur, which is how it has to be. But again and again I buy the cherry cake that simply has zero cherry in it!! Now that's enough, I think it's a bit of a disaster! Or do you also order a prosciutto pizza without prosciutto...?? Now something really has to happen.. there's something wrong with the preparation, the cherry feed machine keeps causing problems. Now there's enough of 4 cakes without kirsch which you pay at full price..
