Great service and delicious food

I've eaten here several times now. I really like the atmosphere with the beautiful furnishings. You feel good. The restaurant and outdoor area are well maintained and clean. The staff was always friendly and competent. As long as there is time, conversations are held with the guests, making you feel very comfortable and valued. The menu has very tasty burgers and side dishes. There are vegetarian alternatives available which are delicious. The homemade ICE is my favorite drink.

It's great that you still exist! Namely Svenja and Manu. Even from the furthest part of the Lötschental it is always worth a trip to Gampel to the voyage! For me this is the best burger in The Valley 👍👍👍👍👍. Simply recommended! If you don't know it, you should get going as quickly as possible. Unfortunately only open in the evenings because we can no longer find any employees in the catering industry! It's a shame, but despite everything, it's still worth a trip 🥘🥘🥘🥘. There were 10 of us and we came spontaneously. The waitress was very unfriendly at the beginning because we were wrong about the number of people. Annoyed, she set up an extra table and threw the cards on the girls' table. Afterwards she calmed down and we were able to enjoy the evening peacefully. The food and dessert were simply brilliant.

The place is truly magnificent and the exterior decoration is wonderful. The welcoming waitress. Hamburgers good, but nothing exceptional for 27.- the most extensive We ate as a family: 2 adults, 3 children: 150.40.- (just 5 hamburgers, 2 fries, 1x onions and drinks) If you want sauces you will have to settle for homemade sauce, ketchup or mayonnaise, that's all. We were very disappointed by the behavior of the cook who is apparently the boss: we took drinks and a carafe of water and to avoid disturbing the waitress (who was alone and absent at the time) I re- filled the carafe from the toilet tap right next to our table. The boss made a very derogatory remark to us "Wirklich?! shaking her head" when the aim was just not to disturb and to help; water that comes out of the kitchen or the toilet tap is the same water. I called her and she didn't bother to come around to chat and just waved and sent her waitress over. I agree that we are not in a self-service or at home, but there is the art and way of saying things: this person is not commercial, has no tact and would do better to stay in the kitchen and salt your fries less; we would have drunk less. And I would have understood if the carafe was charged, but no... I just wanted to relieve the waitress, so we asked for the bill and left to finish our leftovers elsewhere. I am also a trader and I hate to make these kinds of comments, but this is really the unnecessary remark and the haughty attitude that ruined our evening. As I told the waitress: it was our first and last time; we will continue to go to the Pizzeria just upstairs where Victor is of a completely different kind

Great service! The waitresses speak excellent English! My husband had a cheeseburger with fries, and I had a vegan burger. My husband really liked everything, it was juicy. There's just too much salt on the potatoes. My burger was not juicy enough and a little bland, but in any case, it’s cool that there are similar positions, I haven’t seen this everywhere in Switzerland.

We were served very nicely, the (vegi) burgers were very spicy and tasty. We also enjoyed a wonderful wine (Varenheit), which we bought straight away in Varen. We can highly recommend the Voyage restaurant.
