Waldhotel Fletschhorn in Saas-Fee

We had an amazing time at the Waldhotel Fletschhorn. Siegfried, Ana, Filipe, Barbara, Greg, and the entire staff were amazing! The view, attention, location, and atmosphere was perfect. The hotel has trails, is a short walk to town, nature all around, and with breakfast included. The Fletschorn is a true gem. Siegfried was a great host. He made sure our activities were scheduled and planned accordingly. He would also provide helpful recommendations. We recommend and rate them a 10/10!

This is the most comfortable hotel and service I have stayed in in Switzerland. If I go to Switzerland next time, I will definitely go back and stay here! The boss is also very nice and hospitable👍👍👍👍👍

Great spontaneous lunch with very good food

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my father's 75th birthday with three generations all together. The team at Waldhotel Fletschhorn could not have taken better care of us and we especially enjoyed the breakfast with delicious pancakes, waffles, bread, salmon and berries. This year we have been skiing in several resorts where snow is an issue but Saas Fee has incredible snow, beautiful slopes and no lines for the lifts!

This was one of our best stays our family has ever had. We didn’t want to leave paradise in the Swiss forest of Saas Fee. Siegfried and his staff went above and beyond. I have never felt so cared for on vacation. From the made to order breakfast spread to the multi course meals with wine pairing, we never went hungry. All was delicious. My children befriended the staff and felt at home. Siegfried was with us every step of the way. Helping us plan our days- from arranging ski lessons to bus/train travels. He made it all simple and easy. The sauna area is beautiful and relaxing after a long day. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were perfectly stocked with giant bath sheets and drinks…and gorgeous views. Shout out to Anna, Greg and Filipe! We love you all. See you again soon. I think it speaks volumes of a place when you are actively planning your return as you depart.

Mega hotel where you feel right at home! Everything has a very familiar atmosphere and very competent staff and drivers.

Delicious food, very nice and courteous staff and well-equipped with a private sauna (bookable for free) and bathtub in the room. Beautiful view. The breakfast was really great too. Successful reopening! Approx. 15 minutes walk to the next local bus stop.

Amazing experience in this hotel. You feel like home. Amazing staff , perfect healthy breakfast a la carte , everything with a good taste and very welcoming. You feel inside nature and in the most calm atmosphere, entouré par la forêt et les animaux sauvages. Thank you for making our ski holiday the best possible.

What an amazing experience !! We were first welcomed by Filip that took us from the parking as Sans-Fee is a NO car station to take us to the hotel. He was full of good advices and so nice ! Then we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very welcoming and nice. The room was super pretty and was full of small attentions, fruits, things to eat and so on. We ate at their hotel restaurant, and it was delicious ! We also had breakfast, and it was very good and tasty. So far best breakfast at a hotel. The whole experience was really amazing. We will come back for sure. Thank you so much again
