Above all, I was very impressed by your inquiry on the day of the evening itself!!!, how many guests actually came (whether anyone else had accepted or canceled). This flexibility - I could have spontaneously changed something that I hadn't thought of - helped me a lot and reduced stress. Because if someone had canceled/accepted, then I wouldn't have thought to inform you in time... You topped this with your friendliness, professionalism, and the beautiful food, it was simply fantastic! My guests and I were particularly impressed by the quality of the food - we first had a wonderful aperitif platter, a salad buffet and, as a main course, Zurich Geschnetzeltes. The house and store have a special place in my heart and memory. My uncle and aunt, Hans and Doris Ruckstuhl, moved from down the street to this location many years ago and served the community well. My cousins also helped behind the counter. I am so happy this tradition of quality continues under the Weber family.

Since I bought the fondue mix here, I haven't had any other fondue on my table. The Weber mixture is simply outstanding! The dried deer sausages are also highly recommended. You will also receive extremely friendly service and you can tell that the employees enjoy their jobs. Keep it up!

The best fondue in the region, made from the best cheese. We only use natural ingredients and do not sell any standardized industrial products. As a village shop, we are always there for you personally if you have any complaints or input! If you have any questions about how to prepare it correctly, don't hesitate and come along.

Yesterday we (4 adults and two children) had this supposedly TOP fondue mix from the Käshütte Binz. Unfortunately for everyone involved, this fondue was NOT EDIBLE. The fondue was prepared as directed on the package. The fondue tasted bland and unpleasant, for me it had a synthetic and oily aftertaste. Visually there was a lot of oil on the surface. We couldn't eat the fondue and had to break off after 3-5 pieces of bread or throw away the very expensive fondue!!!! Unbelievable, we've never had anything like this before. Alternatively, we had to organize a Migrolino Gerber fondue, which was like night and day in direct comparison.
