An unforgettable experience. Starting with a nice walk through the vineyards with a white wine tasting in between. For a delicious break between tastings, we were served delicious meat and cheese platters from the region, as well as a delicious homemade bacon plait. Once the palate was neutralized again, we continued with the red wine tasting. The whole day was accompanied by a lot of knowledge and humor, which made the whole thing a wonderful experience. Thank you!

A few years ago, when I first got an insight into the art of "wine making", I was convinced by Gianini. The friendliness, open-heartedness and the will to show me something new and to teach me to love it fascinated me even back then. This feeling was confirmed and even strengthened during the last tasting. The short walk through the vines, coupled with one or two white wine aperitifs and the informative, exciting contributions from Manuel Gianini, made this experience something you would like to do again and again. If you think that you can only go home with good wine in your stomach, you are very much mistaken, because after the walk we were served all kinds of specialties to help us regain our strength. Once the palate was now neutralized, the tasting continued with countless red wines from beautiful Hallau. Rarely have I felt so at home in an actually “unknown” place as with the Gianini family. I can't do more than recommend it, so it's my warmest recommendation. Everyone should, no, must have done it once!

We were able to enjoy a tasting with a guided tour and a visit to the vineyards as well as the wonderful view over the region. We were welcomed with open arms and hearts and served and fed just as hospitably. In addition to the taste buds, the brain cells were also able to learn about and through the excellent wine during the tour (12g). Should you treat yourself to this break at the Swiss border? Absolutely! And whether the wine tastes good? Let yourself be convinced. All I can say is that none of the participants went home without properly expanding their wine rack at home with the Gianini creations... ;) Absolute recommendation from me!

Great quality of the wines tasted, a huge selection of different products, professional, friendly and passionate advice. The dishes on offer also left a lasting good impression. All in all a very successful tasting with great hosts. For every wine lover, it will be a pleasure and a pleasure to explore these wines and enjoy one or two drops at home.
