The Weinstüberl is located in the Solothurn suburb, with its wide range of Austrian wines, beers, lemonades and liqueurs. The bar invites you to linger in a cozy atmosphere. The Weinstüberl also offers young artists a platform with various vernissages and small exhibitions throughout the year. This small but nice, alternative place is highly recommended.

We stumbled upon this charming wine bar this evening by accident. What a wonderful serendipitous moment! We met the charming and sweet hostess Maya, who recommended perfect wine selections based on our tastes. Then friends joined us, and as we struggled to make last-minute restaurant recommendations on a Friday night, Maya suggested that we just order in and eat here, showing a rare and precious hospitality that made us feel very much at home! Two bottles of delicious Austrian wine later, we have had a wonderful evening in a warm and welcoming place. She is also amazing with kids and incredibly laid back! We talked about how this area should be called the Solothurn Weinstrasse because there are 4 cute wine places in the area (Austrian, Swiss, Italian and Sicilian). I highly recommend this area on the edge of the beautiful old town of Solothurn for a glass of wine to wind down or a bottle to share with friends - all with great conversation in a personal environment highlighted by great stories from the very vivacious and always-smiling Maya! Highly recommended stop during your trip to the wonderful town of Solothurn in Switzerland!

Wonderful wine list, a beer selection as an alternative. And incredibly good plates with sausage and cheese, and delicious horseradish. Rounded off with charming service :)
