Was in this hotel for 2 days with a wonderful view of Lake Constance. Very nice welcome, friendly service and wine advice from competent waiters. Delicious meal. I will definitely visit this place in the summer when you can use the large garden terrace by the lake.

Nice little typical hotel, very warm welcome, view directly onto the lake, very quiet. Regional dishes, excellent fish.

Was with the company for Christmas dinner in the large igloo for fondue Chinoise à discretion. The restaurant works in 2 shifts in the evening. In order not to have to make room for the next guests, we were on the later shift. The restaurant's program started at 7 p.m. with the aperitif. Then at 8:15 p.m. we moved to the big igloo outside for dinner. At 9:30 p.m., after the dry salad, we finally had meat on the table and could start eating. What you should have known is that the kitchen closes shortly before 11 p.m. Then no one can serve a meat platter or make a dessert... The service was weak. More and more material was brought to the table but empty glasses and bowls were not even removed as they were already piling up on the floor due to lack of space on the table surface. When we asked, they didn't "empty" things when we went out and actually brought something back into the kitchen. Basically you had to take care of supplies yourself. If you can't finish eating in the allotted time, despite using two fondue forks, you can hardly call it "à discretion". So the price-performance ratio is not right for me. After 11:30 they reluctantly served the last beers before we were forced to leave just before midnight. Conclusion: Staff is stressed due to the operating model. Not suitable for leisurely or good eaters. It's not comfortable to sit after eating either. Absolutely unsatisfactory - I won't go there again.

Very unfriendly staff (male)!! This is absolutely not possible and is a disgrace.

I ate a beef tartare Unfortunately it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. The tartare was not cut by hand but was passed through the wood several times. As usual, I wasn't asked whether I wanted it mild, spicy or very spicy. There were also no spicy foods like chili or at least Tabasco on the table. My wife and my friends have Zahnderfilets respectively. Ate Zahnderknuperli, which was very good. I simply shouldn't have ordered the tartare. It's a shame, but if I had known this, I would probably have ordered a Züri-Geschnetzelites. The temperature in the restaurant was also too cold. The service was friendly but not competent. I still recommend the restaurant, but just stay away from the tartare.

I won a voucher worth CHF 150. I was looking forward to a lovely evening for two. The location was nice, the food was good and the service was very accommodating. When I paid with the voucher (90.-) it said that I could no longer redeem the remaining amount of CHF 60.- as it could only be used once. There was nothing about this on the voucher. Really rude and disappointing! We will never do business again!

We were transported to a beautiful Christmas world❄️ the Chinoise was super delicious, the gentleman who served us was incredibly accommodating. The next meal before Christmas is booked🥰 we look forward to visiting you again!

Winter wonderland, very very beautiful!! Recommended, romantic. Enjoy your meal. Slightly higher prices but also super pretty and lots of decoration. It's a shame that the only dessert available in winter was ice cream, apart from the nut cake. Consecration, cake or something similar would be great. :)

There's nothing negative to say about the atmosphere...but the so-called boss gave us a very unfriendly welcome, to say the least...apparently he didn't need guests to come...A person like that is just to be pitied... ..it wasn't any different when I left...I hope he comes down from his high horse...should learn some decency...I'll never bring him money again...it's a shame about everything like that an individual.....karma sends greetings......

I arrived home and was still speechless about the boss's behavior....had such a wonderful evening with a unique ambience and delicious food....and then such a conclusion:( I can't remember the last time a stranger spoke to me so disrespectfully... For now I need a break from there...otherwise the serving staff was very friendly...but I hope they don't have to put up with this kind of treatment... Simply without words...

I was invited to a birthday, right on Lake Constance, parking spaces in front of the house, the location is nice, great garden towards Lake Constance, right on the shore, there is a Bsr in the garden, there is also for the small. Guests have a playground, a great kettle, the fondy was delicious, the dips were a dream, the waiter was very friendly, attentive and smiling, there was nothing else to promise, so it was the first time and certainly not the last time again😘

We spontaneously went to eat at the weisses Rössli. It was fantastic, which we mainly owe to our service lady Corina. 🙏Maria was also very personable. The food was terrific. 🤩Thank you very much

After an appointment at Ambi Rorschach, my daughter wanted to make me happy with lunch at a lakeside restaurant. We were surprised to find that all restaurants were closed on Monday. When we had already given up after a long search, we accidentally discovered an open restaurant right on the street. A restaurant with direct access to the lake! Everything was just right here, the beautiful, large terrace, the view over the lake, the super friendly and attentive service, and the incredibly delicious food!! Since my daughter is vegetarian, I decided to order the same menu. A poem of a soup!, followed by tortellini with ricotta filling, a real treat, it couldn't be better! With such a sophisticated preparation, you (and your wife) really don't need any meat! Big compliments to the chef! In addition, this meal was also inexpensive (19 Fr) and the portion was so large that we couldn't handle everything. Upon request, we were given the rest to take away, so nothing was lost from this fine meal. Many thanks to the courteous waitress who provided me with two blankets and brought a bowl of water for my daughter's dog. So, with all-round care, I was able to fully enjoy my stay despite my pain! Many thanks to all the good spirits involved in this wonderful, beautiful house!

Lakeside terrace with wonderful views. Very good food and large portions. The price is a little higher, but definitely justified. The staff is motivated and very friendly. The waitress brought our child art supplies on her own initiative. Top! Also has a small playground.

Used to be a great restaurant. Unfortunately, the prices are now way too overpriced. There are no longer any fine dishes under CHF 30.00. Not even gluten-free bread could be bought with my leaf salad for CHF 10.00. Here you clearly only pay for the view. Price performance ratio is not right. A pity!

Great location, service unfriendly

Price performance is not right here at all! For 6 pieces. Crunchy and 6 pieces. Calamares that come from the TK for 35.- are a rip-off in my opinion! Definitely not recommended! Then you realize that you're only paying for the view... it's a shame... I'm sure we won't be back any time soon!

During our trip we felt hungry and took a quick lunch break in the beautiful garden of this restaurant. Right on the lake and in beautiful weather, plus a hearty meal that was very tasty. What more do you need? Friendly service and the food was really excellent. We would love to come here again to enjoy delicious food.

Nice atmosphere right on the lake and friendly staff. However, the prices are quite high (SchniPo pork 34.50 Fr.), two beers 16 Fr., so you lose the joy of enjoying it.

Very unfriendly reception, very small room on the top floor, without air conditioning. With an outside temperature of 28C, it was not pleasant to enter. Complaints requesting another room were not possible.

Viel zu teuer dafür, was geboten wird. Getränke keine Kohlensäure & das Personal unfreundlich & lustlos.

Vorläufig leider nicht zum empfehlen. Beschränkte sehr kleine Speisekarte und Essen nicht sonderbar. Pommes waren gumig und Geschmack von gebrauchtem Öl. Mineralwasser war ab dem Wasserhahn und mit Sprudel versehen. Geschmack war nicht gut. Schade! Service war aber sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. War früher, vor ca. 5 Jahren besser.

Preis-Leistung für mich nicht stimmig. Reservation wurde nicht gefunden, der Empfang war demzufolge etwas "holprig". Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch eher klein. Das Essen entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Hingegen war die Bedienung äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage mit Blick auf den See ist schön.

Wunderbare Seeterrasse, sehr freundliches Personal & tolles Essen! Lädt zum Verweilen und Geniessen ein! Auch als Frau mit Maskenattest konnte ich ohne Probleme Platz nehmen. Fühlte sich an wie "früher". Vielen Dank dafür!💪🏻👌🏻❤

Las vistas son hermosas, la atención muy buena, pera la comida está muy deficiente. Leí muchas críticas sobre el sitio antes de ir con mi familia, y decidimos aventurarnos ya que la mayoría de los comentarios eran halagadores. Cuando llegamos al sitio tuve la impresión de que es muy tranquilo y armonioso. Los baños pese a no estar en perfectas condiciones, estaban muy limpios. El lugar en sí es amplio, y en el jardín se puede ir acompañado de mascotas. Fue hasta el momento en que pedimos la comida cuando mi alegría desvaneció... La pizza que mi novio pidió, no era la correcta, y no bastando con eso, no la cambiaron porque dijeron que esa era la pizza (...) Para la siguiente pizza que se pidió, decidí tomar un trozo (...) sin sabor y desabrida. Yo pedí un “spätzle” y quedé muy decepcionada... parecía tener demasiada mantequilla, y sobre cocción. Quizá habrán cambiado el cocinero, o ese día no se habrán preocupado por la comida, pero no lo recomendaría por la comida. Quizá sea un mejor lugar para tomar unos tragos con vista al lago. De igual forma espero que mejoren, el sitio tiene potencial.

Essen so salzig und chef unfreundlich Nachdem wir uns beschwerrt haben wurden wir rausgeworfen😡😡😡😡😡😡

Wir waren 6 Personen(und ein Kind)und haben Käse-Raclette gegessen, auf das erste Getränke mit Betteln nach ca. 20 Minuten gekriegt. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber jedes mal haben wir gebettel das wir Kartoffeln nachkriegen, es hätt viel mehr Platz gehabt in Korb...die letzten Kartoffeln waren dan zu wenig gekocht(fast wie ein Stein). Die Bedienung war jeher unfreundlich und nicht hilfbere it. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Man sollt ja in dieser Corona-Zeit um jeden Gast froh sein...

Habe versucht telefonisch einen Tisch zu reservieren. Ich wurde ausgelacht und gefragt in welcher Zeit ich eigentlich lebe (Corona) und dass aufgrund der ausstehenden Bundesrätlichen Entscheidung die Abendzeit nicht geplant werden kann. Nachdem ich freundlich reklamiert habe, wurde mir aufgehängt.Auch wenn die Situation bestimmt sehr schwierig ist was ich verstehe, erwarte ich zumindest freundlich behandelt zu werden. Dann wäre man auch in Zukunft wieder mal gekommen. So bestimmt nie wieder!

Freundlich und unkompliziert! Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und verfügt über einen grosszügigen Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind auf einem zeitgemässen Stand - nicht herausragend, aber gut.

Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, sehr reichliches Frühstück, schöne Zimmer mit Blick direkt auf den Bodensee. Nur Zimmerbeleuchtung teilweise defekt. 💡

Wir waren mit einer Gesellschaft von 8 Personen zum Raclette essen hier. Für 30.- pro Person erwartet man eigentlich mehr als ein Single Raclette pro Person. Die Bedienung war neu, das entschuldigt trotzdem nicht mehrere Getränke auf der Rechnung, die nicht konsumiert wurden.

Was für ein Genuss. Super Essen direkt am Bodenseeufer. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zuvorkommend.

Herrliche Lage direkt am Bodensee mit Sitzplätzen im Garten oder Fensterplätzen im Haus. Angenehmes Ambiente und freundlicher Service. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist gut und die Preise sind in Ordnung. Kleinere Mängel sind die Terrassentüre, welche bei kaltem Wetter immer wieder offen blieb, kleine Fehler beim Bringen der Speisen, welche aber sofort korrigiert wurden. Auch wurde vorausgesetzt, dass der Gast das Entrecôte well done serviert haben möchte.

Waren im - von der Lage her gesehen eigentlich schönen - Gartenrestaurant direkt am See für einen "Coupe", dieser war soweit i. O. Insgesamt überzeugt das Weisse Rössli aber nicht.

Zimmer sauber und in Ordnung. Die Straße und Bahnlinie vor dem Haus macht ein schlafen bei gekippten Fenstern unmöglich. Arrogant und befremdlich fanden wir jedoch die Absage an unseren Wunsch in einem Eisbecher für 11,50 SFr eine Kugel Kaffeeeis gegen Vanilleeis zu tauschen.

Sehr schöne Seeterrasse und freundlicher Service. Die Egliknusperli waren leider ein TK Fertigprodukt.

Gutes Essen , Ambiente und Service toll ...

Die Lage ist top - sitzt man direkt am See. Gartenanlage ist eher ungepflegt und die Sicht an das Gebäude auch nicht sehr prickelnd. Das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig; Salatsauce mit Wasser und plampige Pommes mit Chnusperligeschmack... Zu allem war das Servicepersonal eher nur noch unfreundlich wenn es Richtung Feierabend (um 23 Uhr/Samstatgabend!) geht und alles ausländisches Personal. Für die Top-Lage eher ein Armutszeugnis.

Es ist hier DRINGEND an bedarf von Fachleuten, speziell in der Küche. Im Salat war noch jede menge an Sand, die Salatsauce bestand aus Wasser und etwas Rahm. Mit der gebrachten Pizza sah es nicht besser aus. Tomatensauce aus der Tube ( meine Annahme) und die Pizza noch Teigig, respektive nicht lange genug im Ofen. Leute, passt euer Können der Aussicht an und sehr viele Leute werden auch wieder kommen. PS. wenn ich ein Tisch reserviere direkt am See und mir den auch zugesichert wird am Telefon, will ich den auch haben! Danke für den Respekt.

Lage direkt am See ist einzigartig. Obwohl wir das Mittagsmenü bestellten, mussten wir 45min auf den Hauptgang warten. Dieser war lauwarm und für den Preis zu klein. Bedienung war bemüht und beschuldigte die Küche.

We went to the restaurant and it was just a MESS. I had never seen that before. Waiters did not know which table ordered what. One even asked two different tables before finding the good one!!!! Food does not worth the price. The only think you have is a great view so take and glass of wine and then RUN!!!

Saubere kleine Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, allerdings sind die Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut, im Sommer kann man nicht mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, und die Dusche als Badewanne nicht mehr so ganz zeitgemäß

La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique si vous n’êtes pas installé derrière une haie. Haie qui vous cache également du serveur qui vous oublie et vous fait attendre 50 mn avant de prendre notre commande. Puis 40 mn d attente pour avoir notre plat, une flammkuche et un plat de spaghetti. Des excuses pour l attente mais pas de geste commercial.

Die Aussicht ist grandios, das ist aber auch grad das einzige. Haben nach der Vorspeise 60 min auf den Hauptgang gewartet. Das Schweinefleisch war total vertrocknet, so als wäre es nochmals aufgewärmt worden als man festgestellt hat das unsere Bestellung vergessen gegangen war. Der Kellner war unfreundlich, pampig und unflexibel. Definitv nächstesmal an einem anderem Ort essen.

Der Service war gut, die Lage super, jedoch das Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig! Currysauce war geschmacklos! Reis verkocht!

Waren ein Bankett. Die Tür zur Terasse ist leider an einem etwas ungünstigen Ort und bei ständigem geschlossen halten müssen für das Personal nicht vorteilhaft. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich herausragend. Habe schon besser gegessen. Bedienung vom verantwortlichen Kellner war gut-sehr gut. Die anderen nicht so kundenfreundlich.

Wir sind seit langem wieder mal im Restaurant Weisses Rössli eingekehrt. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft, dass Essen für den Preis eher durchschnittlich. Unkompetenter Service. Was uns allerdings sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die Tische (im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants aufgrund der aktuellen Lage) nicht geputzt resp. desinfiziert werden.

Alles ist ANGENEHM, Essen sehr gut, aber das gesamte Ambient, das Essen, am allermeisten liebe ich den wunderschönen Garten(war auch schon im Sommer da)und die tolle Aussicht über den See. 👍🥰
