Werk1 is a very well done restaurant in Gossau with amazing flair. Great ambience, good food, good service It's worth a visit.

I had very attentive and courteous service. Very friendly demeanor, something I've rarely found in a "normal" restaurant.

Excellent food, not an overly large or too small menu, very pleasant service. Elegant but not pompous ambience.

The restaurant is very tastefully integrated into the former factory building. The spacious wine cellar, where you can have an aperitif, is also worth seeing. Friendly staff and beautifully prepared menus. Cozy smoker lung with fireplace.

I don't know of any other restaurant that takes guests' wishes more seriously than Werk1

Schnitzel too much clarified butter, no taste. Vegetables good. Cordon Bleu too much clarified butter, wrong cheese in the Cordon Bleu, not balanced in taste.

I had the antelope burger which was really tasty. The service is super friendly and accommodating. Gladly again.

The two of us recently went to Werk 1 in the evening and really enjoyed it. From the food to the staff to the ambience, everything was just right. The staff is more attentive than in many Michelin restaurants. The food is also beautifully served and in generous portions. I could only order a small dessert after the starter and main course. The only thing that doesn't agree with Google for me is the price level. I would say price level 3 instead of 2, but fair. We'd love to come back

The food and atmosphere were beautiful and very well done. The service was also very attentive. However, when it came to the schnitzel, I noticed that the breading was very over-seasoned.

Great atmosphere - despite it being big Hall comfortable. The service is extremely young but very attentive and customer-oriented, so you can still feel the joy of the job! That's what makes it fun. Food was delicious. The menu is extremely focused on meat, but I didn't think it was that creative.

Great restaurant and good food.

Beautiful location, very courteous and competent staff. The food was terrific. We ate the Werkburger. By far one of the best burgers we have ever eaten. The wok vegetables and French fries were very fresh and delicious. The exceptional starters were just as delicious. The portions are very generous. Only local products, which thrilled us. We will be back.

It was announced in advance for a vegan lunch. Salad, mushroom ravioli and a dessert were great. When it came to coffee, they even thought about leaving out the kaffir cream.

The food and service are first class! We had a really nice evening and were really pampered!

We really enjoyed our dinner. The dishes are lovingly prepared and taste very tasty. The beef fillet was tender as butter and the fine piece of meat was fried just right to the desired level of doneness. The side dishes were also very delicious and the service staff was always friendly and attentive. Gladly again!

Spontaneous visit to Plant 1. We were pampered first-class from the moment we entered until the moment we left - unfortunately a rarity these days. Thank you for that! The service, the ambience and especially the food (Wienerschnitzel and Cordon Bleu) are excellent. The prices are high, but the performance is also good.

I haven't been there to eat yet. But I have already visited the very, very pleasant smoking lounge twice to be able to enjoy my cigar in peace. I would definitely like to come back for that. Is recommended. We also have a small but fine selection of cigars on site.
